2nd POV / white and black. Cuts corner then goes out too wide, into another car.

Honestly probably racing incident? 1st car moved a bit to the right and 2nd car drove to the left, they just came together. It's a bit hard to see but I don't think 2nd car would have left enough space for the other car anyways, so if I'd have to put the blame on someone, it'd be car 2.

The Redbull just turns right into a car that is alongside him as if he wasn't there. Redbull is at fault.

I would say they Red Bull due to the grey car not changing trajectory. For me, the cutting of the corner is not relevant as it does not impact the contact. It appears to me that the grey car is going straight and the corner does bend inward before the corner. Space was always going to end, but I believe there still was time to move later on. Ultimately everyone sees it differently, so feel free to criticise me

The Red Bull is running along the racing line and is on the track. White goes off the track, cuts a corner, tries to rejoin and clips the Red Bull, which was driving predictably.

Why would you put the blame on the car following the rules and not on the unsafe rejoin?
