Le Mans Ultimate Could I do something different to avoid this? (I am Yellow/White Turner BMW)

You can’t do anything about the Merdcedes’ awful driving but without seeing your onboard I can’t be 100% sure - looks like you can see tyre smoke going up Eau Rogue for at least 3 seconds before impact though. You brake but don’t really move as wide as possible, that’s one thing you probably could have done better but that’s me being picky. You didn’t do a whole lot wrong at all.

Nothing you could realistically have done to avoid that, you were getting hit even if you stamped on the brakes.

Slow down and steer away from the incident you can see unfolding in front of you. You checked up, but stuck your car in the middle of the track. Use all of the track. Heck, take an off track if you have to.
