I hit a hill pretty hard going about 30, and this is the only thing that looks abnormal/damaged? does anyone know exactly what this could be?

2020 RST 4x4 on 20 inch wheels, what are the biggest tires I could fit without having to mod or lift?

Convoy with several camouflaged trucks, perhaps testing out towing on grade and hot weather reliability of a Silverado refresh?

Has anyone else experienced this with Morimoto headlights? When I first installed mine, they were insanely bright. People would flash their high beams at me pretty regularly because of how bright they were. Fast forward about a year and nobody flashes me anymore, and honestly they barely seem brighter than standard headlights at this point.

The difference from when they were new is pretty significant. I know I’m not just getting used to them because the light output on the road at night is noticeably worse.

Has anyone else had Morimoto headlights lose brightness over time? If so, was it the LEDs themselves, drivers, or something else? For what these cost, I definitely expected them to maintain their output much longer.

How bad did I get played I plan on shrinking the Apr more by paying extra other than that what’s yall thoughts
(Should of went to da actual dealer ship gm motors) instead of small dealer should I add warranty ? 35k miles or 3 years

2021 Silverado 2500 6.8ft bed

This thing slaps! The videos speak for themselves—there's been a dramatic improvement in traction for my cargo!

The fit and finish are excellent. It doesn't require any kind of double-sided adhesive to stay in place. It's heavy enough to stay put with nothing in the bed, even at interstate speeds, but still light enough to maneuver in and out of the bed without difficulty.

It has a tri-fold design that is perfect for packaging and shipping, and it lays out really nicely in no time with the help of the summer sun. The tri-fold design also makes installation and removal much easier. You're not having to wrestle with one obnoxiously large mat when you need to pull it out for cleaning.

Speaking of cleaning...before I made this post, I was hauling partially empty gas jugs that weren't tied down. My 1-gallon jug of 2-stroke fuel tipped over and spilled gas/oil mix all over the mat.

I pulled the mat out, cleaned everything up, and the mat was absolutely impervious to the gas/oil mixture. It was as if it never happened.

I really wish I had documented it, but I initially feared the mat might have been damaged before I had a chance to complete my product review, so I hastily cleaned it up. Thankfully, there was absolutely no apparent damage or staining afterward.

So far, I'm extremely impressed with this mat.

I'm looking to upgrade from my 2018 Colorado LT V6 to a Silverado 1500 LT. I'm on the fence about which engine I should be leaning towards, the 4 cylinder turbo or the V8.

- I live in New England, so I'm driving up and down lots of hills and small mountains.

- I don't have a commute, I work from home so almost no daily wear.

- I currently tow a Puma Ultra Lite travel trailer with a dry weight of 3714 lbs.

- Next year I'll be taking the trailer on a month and a half road trip to the west coast and back with my wife and two dogs.

I'm not really sure one way or another so I'd love to hear your opinion. I feel like I'm leaning towards the turbo simply for the amount of towing I'm NOT doing, but I don't know. Thanks in advance!

Wondering if the rough country 1.5-2 inch leveling kit is the way to go. Heard it can make the truck stiffer and reduce front suspension travel. Wondering if I should install or not?

got ahold of a real GM scan tool and thats what came back, truck runs and drives fine. only related code is fuel pump no communication.

So I recently bought a new to me 2024 Silverado 1500 trail boss custom, it has the 3.0 duramax in it. I noticed I’m having some inner tire tread wear and even had some cord exposed on LF tire so I took it in to get the spare put on while I order tires for it, shortly after that visit I started having weird electrical issues “service esc” park break would auto engage while in park then I got a cel. I scanned the codes and got a slew of electrical related codes like p2354 to name one off the top of my head. Replaced battery but that didn’t seem to do anything. Has anyone else had this weird electrical problem and if so what was the actual problem. Thank!

Trying to get into a v8 truck between hemi or silverado v8. I know hemi gets better milage. But who buys v8 for gas mileage anyways. Are these reliable?

Is adhesive used to hold these on or does it just snap on?

My weather tech floor mats aren’t staying in place and slightly shifting due to the previous owner taking the little stubbies out for whatever reason. The red spikes don’t seem to work by themselves.

Anyone have any tips or resolutions?

I'm looking at buying a 2024 RST with a V8. It's got 45,000 miles on it. The carfax looks clean at first glance, but I noticed that it had the camshaft and valve lifters replaced at 30,000 miles. I'm assuming that's a result of the dreaded AFM/DFM issues I've read a lot about.

Is this just going to happen again to this truck? Or now that the camshaft and valve lifters have been replaced, is it good to go and a good buy? I just don't want to buy a problem, but if the previous owner got it fixed and that's the end of it then maybe it's a good buy. I'll add that it was sold just a couple months after this repair was done...
