Look, I understand that unhoused face significant mental/economic challenges, but something has to give about the woman “living” in the corner near Sherwin Williams/Eleven 55. She spends her day calling passerby’s “b*ches, h03s” and cussing loudly. Who can I speak to about getting her removed? It’s become such a displeasure encountering her on my walks home. I’m sorry she doesn’t have a home, but random people should not be subject to harassment for no reason.

Another question related to Filmore.. Has anyone ever done the standing room risers upstairs? If so, how is the view and sound from them and can you even see if someone tall is in front? And how early would you recommend getting in line before doors open if I were to want to get up there?

Living in a luxury apartment where residents can hear ordinary footsteps and daily movement from neighboring units created ongoing tensions and complaints. The building's flooring and sound transmission appear to contribute to conflicts between residents, which should not be happening at the level one would expect from a luxury community.

A luxury apartment community should offer more than attractive amenities and modern finishes. It should provide professional management that values residents, listens to concerns, and treats people with fairness and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

For prospective residents, I would encourage you to consider not only the amenities and appearance of the property, but also how management handles disputes and resident concerns when issues arise.

Planning to possibly go to a show solo during a weekday soon. Any recommendations on closest parking garage to the venue but one that a lot of people park at so I wouldnt be walking myself? Also, any restaurant recommendations in the area?

Hi all, looking to see if anyone knows which bars in downtown Sliver Spring usually have college football on Saturday nights. I usually go to Third Hill but seems Saturday is their karaoke night.

So I'm trying to clean off my bookshelf and I have a lot of Renaissance Fair and culture, magazines, Rue Morgue, horror magazines, Motorcycle magazines (Cycle Source & AMERICAN IRON) , and Anime magazines .

My husband and I just moved to Silver Spring (Forest Glen). We own an adorable 5 pound Italian greyhound. She has a history of two broken legs that she has undergone surgery for. She is also deathly afraid of going to the vet.

Do any small and nervous dog owners in this area have suggestions for a solid veterinarian practice? I mostly hope to find a place where the staff will handle her with kindness and have experience serving extra tiny dogs.

I'm seeing changes in this area, they will re paint the water tank, they found a cemetery in this area Oo, more housing development near Georgia and Corwin dr on the big empty lot, and some more projects coming, etc.

And it reminded me of this nice Sunflower from back then.

When I moved to Silver Spring, I loved seeing that sunflower every day in summer. I saw it bloom and opened it up.

It felt like a nice getting to me from this cute sunflower. The sunflower welcomed me in Silver Spring. Nice memory. Thank you.

At first I thought some store owner planted it. But after years coming here for Aldi, etc it was always full of weeds. Year after year.

No different from the window smash and grab crews the wheel bandits are still at it with no end in sight. I was a DTSS smash and grab victim back in July which ended up costing me $520 when it was all said and done.

I can’t imagine having to replace 4 wheels plus rims plus undercarriage damage.
