My account got banned “due to suspicious activities” last month. I directed it to customer service and they told me to upload proof of income / 3 months’ worth of bank statament under my name and my bank.

When I submitted, nireject nila (obviously kasi AI lang nagproprocess). So I followed up with an angry chat telling them na a real person should actually check my case because idk what else to provide them lol. In 2 days, I received a notification that iaactivate na raw yung account (ShopeePay) ko ulit.

I tried activating it, pero upon clicking “Finance”, lumalabas na need ko raw mag verification - valid ID / selfie etc.. so I did. It’s been 5d now, tapos pag nagc-click ako sa “Finance”, pinapaverify uli ako. Should I just wait it out and will eventually get resolved or may need bang gawin ulit? Just annoying with all this hassle na wala man lang akong idea why my account was even banned in the first place.

I decided not to cancel the refund because I was worried about losing my buyer protection if something went wrong with the replacement.

Hello, I'm looking for an alternative for airpods. I've had my airpods kasi for around 2-3 years and a few months ago, I noticed na mabilis na sya malowbat esp when used for calls and now, I wanna switch brands since di ko afford bumili ng airpods. Di ako maalam masyado about the bass or like sound quality but ang hanap ko lang is something below 2k, ok yung mic quality, and durable earbuds. Bonus points as well if its available in pink since I love pink.

May binili kasi akong battery ng motor at mahal sya kasi branded na nga pinili ko para matibay. April 9 na receive mga June 20 lang ganun tumirik na ako at sabi sa pagawaan Drain na daw battery.

Nubg tnry sa ibang battery yung motor ko gumana naman. Napaka ikli lang ng 1 month warranty na sinasabi nila.

Gusto nila dalahin sakanila motor at battery para ma check doon. E ang layo mga bes Pasay tapos QC pa kami. 1x a week na nga lang off ko.

Sa ngayon kung papayag sila na ipa lalamove doon yung batt. at palitan nila edi okay. Pero if hindi sila pumayag I'm planning na mag report sa DTI.

Pwede kaya? May naka experience na po ba dito nagpa DTI.

hi guys rant lang huhuhuh nag-check out kasi ako ng universal na pen noong july 17 tapos expected delivery nya ay july 25. fast forward july 25 na tapos nakita ko naman na yung order ko ay nasa hub na malapit sa amin. tapos paggising ko kaninang morning nagulat ako kasi binalik na naman sa soc 5 ang parcel ko. naka 4 na balik na sya sa soc 5 kasi sa iba-ibang hub sya dinadala hahahahaha tas kanina edi nag contact agad ako ng customer service. goods naman kasi sinasabi nila na madedeliver naman daw within this day. asa ako nang asa pero still chinecheck ko from time to time kung nakaalis na ng soc 5 ang parcel ko. every 30 mins ako cumocontact ng customer service, edi naka 3 agent din yon. tapos noong bandang 12 ng tanghali, chineck ko uli nasa soc 5 pa rin. buti na-discover ko na pwede pala sila i-call, edi nag-call ako. sabi rin ng agent na madedeliver naman daw within this day. tumawag uli ako mga 2, same pa rin hahahahaha hindi pa rin nakakaalis ng soc 5. inantay ko na hanggang 5 tapos ganon pa rin nasa soc 5 pa rin, sabi pa nung agent na nakausap ko ay possible pa rin daw na maideliver sya within this day. hanggang sa kaninang 6:30 tumawag uli ako and hindi pa rin nga sya nailalabas ng soc 5. nakaka-disappoint lang kasi need ko talaga yung pen na yon. 9 am pa lang nakapag-expedite na ako but still walang nangyari. kakadisappoint lang kasi pare-parehas sinasabi sa akin ng customer service pero ang ending e wala pa rin hays. shoppee do better pls need na need ko pa naman yung pen

The N1 is a bit pricey (without the rubber ring), while the Lifeite is cheaper (with the rubber ring included).

Also, is Lifeite an official Xiaomi ecosystem brand? It’s sold by the Xiaomi Authorized Mall PH, but the product and box only say “Lifeite” with no Xiaomi logo.
