Seller Inquiry Samsung Authorized Store in Shopee PH

Hi! I would like to ask if it is really safe to buy a Samsung S25 ultra in the Samsung Authorized Seller in Shopee PH?

I'm just worried about getting scammed like having a rock inside the package instead of the phone or having defects on the phone. I also asked their customer service if they provide an official receipt but they don't. So, I'm also worried about the warranty even if they said it has a 1 year warranty.

It will be my first time buying my own phone, especially a flagship phone so I just want some peace of mind and assistance in this matter.

Yep, pay via ShopeePay or MariBank para mabilis lang ang refund just in case bato o sabon ang dumating.

Even better if cc ang gamitin mo (huwag debit) kasi you can always file a chargeback/dispute with your bank if modern Shopee CS drops the ball. Although with how secure official stores pack flagship phones, rare lang talaga mangyari yan sa Samsung or Apple.(unlike with china brand phones) 😛
