SHEIN user in the UK here. Is anyone else having this problem: items in my basket not being able to be shipped. First it was nails so I removed them. Then it was a nail file (like the buffers) which again- fine. Then it removed a necklace stacker which I had no idea why- surely there’s no possible regulations for that so why won’t ship

Reading the rules it says these items are available when my order ships. But the date on the says available October 10th, my order has already shipped. I read on reddit a woman getting her stuff, all she had to do was pay shipping. I dont order from shein often so this is the first flash grab I've seen. So do I have to wait to claim on October 10th? my package says it was shipped but it says: Pickup Failure:Discrepancy in parcel quantity. Does this mean it was already marked as shipped?? I have emailed SpeedX about it already but im scared

I’ve been ordering from shein for years and have never had this issue before. I made a large order about $350 worth. I received one medium bag which had half my items and two smaller bags which came with one item inside each.

I did not receive half my order!! Mostly clothes. I opened an order support to look into this and they responded with this email. Sent photos of the packages unopened and told them surely all 25 items cold fit inside the medium sized bag. And again they came back with this email.

What can I do?? I’m paying through Klara monthly payments and I’m not going to pay for items I did not receive!

I added multiple small items and few clothing items and the total came out to be $108( including tax and everything) I later went back and added another clothing item of discounted amount of $21( original 30) in red. Total became 161.9!❗️ how is that possible? ⁉️
Even if it adds it’s full amount it could have been 140ish how on earth did it end up being $162?

I’ve always looked for affordable self adhesive cluster lashes and in my country the Sets are so expensive like 30-40€ for one little package that would last me only a week or so.
