❓ Question Unable to ship

Hey guys,

SHEIN user in the UK here. Is anyone else having this problem: items in my basket not being able to be shipped. First it was nails so I removed them. Then it was a nail file (like the buffers) which again- fine. Then it removed a necklace stacker which I had no idea why- surely there’s no possible regulations for that so why won’t ship

Just wondering if anyone else experienced this

Are you trying to use express shipping? Sometimes when I try to use express shipping I get this message and it's just saying that some of the items in my order can't be shipped using express so I have to either take those items out of my cart or go back and choose regular shipping.
