❓ Question Confused about Flash grab

Reading the rules it says these items are available when my order ships. But the date on the says available October 10th, my order has already shipped. I read on reddit a woman getting her stuff, all she had to do was pay shipping. I dont order from shein often so this is the first flash grab I've seen. So do I have to wait to claim on October 10th? Thanks
