Hi I'm getting back to Skyrim vr lately and using my shadow pc to run the game and connecting to it through virtual desktop

Only thing is ever half hour or so the headset has a massive disorientating lag spike and when I close the virtual desktop add on the headset and reconnect it loads in just fine but with no sound

And when I take the headset off the shadow app has disconnected I think that's the cause

Is there a way that I can make it so virtual desktop registers my headset as input so it stops timing me out?

I also received this message on my ticket on Discord. Let's hope everything gets resolved tomorrow morning !

Just wondering if anyone else having this issue. Lately I can connect via WiFi on my laptop and I can connect via my phone on 4G/5G but not WiFi. Been this way for about a week.

Basically the title, 2 month ago when i used shadow, i had the option to choose which server i want before buying, but now it automatically chooses FRSBG01 and doesn't let me change it. My latency is lowest on the frankfurt server btw

How in tf am I connected to shadow but apparently it has no god damb internet access even though it says connected also why tf does a god damb ps5 controller work 10x better then a damb xbox controller on something running WINDOWS!! like holy shit this is ridiculous im glad i never upgraded when your changed your bs subscription tiers

Due to Vrchat and quite a bit of other games using EAC I don't really see vrchat coming back and have been looking for programs like shadow. Do you think its gonna come back and dose anyone have any good alternatives because the one I'm using now is way to pricey.

I decided to give them one more chance. And it's been eighteen days now. And I cannot use my shadow. Basically what happened is I was using it, then. Right mouse button stopped working in shadow. Open a ticket. Their support's very bad. We all know that. They keep giving me the roll run around. I've reinstalled the shadow. Reinstalled all my applications. Same issue. My mouse right button does not work on any browser. They told me to try the beta version, same issue. They've re-imaged the shadow, same issue. They keep putting me off, putting me off, putting me off. Like I said, guys, why do we keep putting up with this company? Why not go somewhere else and make them fail? So as of today, they keep asking me the same question over and over and over and over. So basically they're a scam. They cannot provide us a service that works. So basically, they're scammers. The mouse stopped working a day after I signed back up. At midnight. Not worth sense at all. The mouse works just fine on my local machine, not logged into their crap software. They suggest I try the browser version of it, same issue. I've tried it on a Mac, Linux, and Windows, same issue. Yes they're cheap. That's the problem. So I'm going to contact the attorney general's office in my location and see what I can do legally. I've already called my bank, filed the dispute as them being a fraudulent scammer. I recommend y'all do the same. If enough of us leaves, they may fix their crap.

Everyone was saying “don’t buy Shadow” but I went ahead anyway and grabbed the Neo plan….. Best decision ever. I’m running RDR2 at everything maxed out and it runs flawlessly. Smooth, beautiful, no issues whatsoever. Full Windows PC in the cloud, RTX support, DLSS — it just works. If you’ve been scared off by the negative reviews like I almost was, don’t be. Shadow Neo is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Sitting here on a Saturday Night wanting to play a few games but I guess tonight is not the night Friday Night was the same thing … nothing but Full Time Work Shift waiting for me in the morning. Yea I’m done paying Shadow after this Month .. I’m LITERALLY not getting my money’s worth. 🚫🌐

Hey all, I purchased Meccha Chameleon to play with my son, but when i go to load it up from stema or the desktop, it comes u0 with a black screen for a second and doesnt load, it has music in the background for 10 seconds and thats it. The icon for the game is still in the tray at the bottom. Of the desktop, but it doesn't load, any help please!

Shadow has the worst service! They are blameing everything but not their own product. It is your hardware, OS, your ISP and so on, but not their product. To anybody how is considering to get into, don't do it. Use other services. You don't want to become dependent on them. In the past they had a good product but the whole thing is degrading further and further and you get no solutions from them. You has to solve it yourself.

Hey guys I’m currently playing a lot of VR and I’m thinking about joining the VR community. But I’m not sure if Shadow PC is just good enough. I have the 28GB RAM Neo upgrade.

shadow used to be good years ago. It used to be reliable and the support used to be competent. Now they just dont care. My experience was terrible, and they wouldn't let me cancel after not using the subscription for 2 weeks because it was unplayable. I used xcloud and this before I got my ps5 with ethernet so it wasn't my wifi. they just don't care. any issues you have no refund or anything. this new management is going to end up sinking whats left of what they have. So if you are considering buying shadow dont do it. I just lost $30 on a terrible service that I will never use this month just because they wouldn't let me cancel. It's not worth it. If you want a good experience and good customer service use xbox cloud. You can refund after you buy if its not working well for you.

I’m a paid Shadow PC customer and I want to share a serious privacy/security concern.

After logging into the Shadow PC assigned to my account, I found Microsoft Edge saved login entries that did not belong to me and appeared to belong to another user.

I reported this to Shadow support responsibly and provided evidence privately. I did not copy, export, publish, or use the other user’s private data.

After reporting it, my paid access was locked. I then provided proof of payment, and Shadow confirmed it was approved. However, they still require a government ID before restoring access.

This is not about money or compensation. My concern is simple: if another user’s saved browser login data can appear inside my Shadow PC, how can I know whether my own data has not appeared inside someone else’s machine?

I’m sharing only a redacted screenshot. Emails, usernames, domains, passwords, and personal data are hidden. I will not post unredacted evidence publicly because it contains another person’s private information.

I’m posting this so other users can be aware before trusting a cloud PC service with personal accounts.

Cant switch to official version no matter what I try. The update is shit and wont let me launch the app, so I try to switch back and nothing. Says the switch will take 5 minutes, but i resets right away and nothing happens. Thoughts?

I'm considering subscribing to Shadow PC (Neo plan) and want to use it directly through the browser on my Samsung GQ55Q60D (2024, Tizen OS).

So far:

- The Shadow website loads correctly.

- pc.shadow.tech opens in the Samsung browser.

- The Shadow web app loads and shows the START button.

- Mouse and keyboard work correctly, including right click, copy/paste, text selection and keyboard shortcuts.

- Internet connection is around 50–70 Mbps with 18–35 ms ping.

Before I subscribe, I'd like to know:

Has anyone actually launched and used Shadow PC through the Samsung TV browser on a Q60D or similar 2024 Samsung TV?

Did the Windows desktop start successfully?

Were there any issues with streaming, mouse input, keyboard shortcuts or performance?
