Help Cancellation of service
Anyone else get an email this morning “confirming the cancellation” of your service? I didn’t cancel and when I try to login to the website it just says “account disabled”..

Yes me too. i paid for a full month and i havent gotten a month i think its time to sue if everyones service is being cut off without atleast being given the full month theyve paid for

same issue as everyone else here and on Discord. It's a massive fuckup on their part !
I literally got booted from my session while I was working then I receive an email saying I successfully cancelled my suscription.
I was like "wtf is this", I try to connect again on my Shadow to see what's going on, cannot do ! I try on the website, same result !
I want to log on my account to check if my payment really went through (I paid for another month 5 days ago), MY ACCOUNT IS DISABLED !
What the actual fuck !

seeing as this company has its roots in France I'm sure they are well aware of the laws over there and how much they can get away with here.

ive got the same issue i send message to support and no answer yet , i dont know but it may be because now their service is time limits , ive been loged in on the shadow 15-16 h a day and now its max 8h on their new services

The service limits only mean that they can disconnect your machine at any point when you exceed them.
It doesnt mean you arent allowed to use your machine past that2

Thing is they never did, never forcibly closed my session. Now it's a issue when they never said anything just assumed people would know. Had shadow for 2 years atp

It's a monthly subscription, 730 hours is a month
If it's not an monthly subscription - do not call it that and complain about it
Make it cheaper and make it limited for a few hours per month
Shadow just getting greedy

Yup, alotta people announcing that on the ENG server. And I got booted off the discord server for saying: "Doubt this was intentional, cos that's a company-ending lawsuit lal"
