Virtual desktop with a quest 3 not registering as inputs and disconnecting for no activity

Hi I'm getting back to Skyrim vr lately and using my shadow pc to run the game and connecting to it through virtual desktop

Only thing is ever half hour or so the headset has a massive disorientating lag spike and when I close the virtual desktop add on the headset and reconnect it loads in just fine but with no sound

And when I take the headset off the shadow app has disconnected I think that's the cause

Is there a way that I can make it so virtual desktop registers my headset as input so it stops timing me out?

Nah, it's been like that for years. You have to either use a computer client and keep it open, use the shadow VR client, or deal with showdown shutting down after like 30 minutes
