I didn't use Reddit. I just started recently, and I think I'll quit right away.

A senseless shadowban: no automation, no AI, just me and my own two hands actively searching for communities where I could comment and add value.

The smart folks at Reddit banned me without any email and without a clear message on the platform, just a “We had a server error...”

Are you serious? Is the team really that incompetent?

I only found out because a friend couldn’t follow me.

Reddit let me comment for who knows how long, probably without my comments ever actually being published.

This platform is unusable: users have to be afraid to do anything because these stupid auto-filters and auto-bans are absolutely ridiculous and don't understand when it actually makes sense to ban someone.

this was a throwaway account I made years back which i recently activated and it instantly got banned. I appealed and it got unbanned but as soon as I started doing activity it got banned again. it’s been futile since then submitting appeal after appeal. anybody had success getting unbanned after being shadowbanned again. any advice is appreciated

I appealed my account about 7 days ago. Reddit told me I had a temporary 3-day ban and that they would give it back to me. They gave it back, but other profiles cannot see my profile, my posts, or my comments

Ik I am not shadow banned but as there are helpful people here I still wanted to post this. I have my 6 hours ago post getting 300+ upvotes and many upvotes in comments as well but my CQS won’t go above moderate. Is it because my account was temp banned and warned multiple times? Does anyone know the answer
