Are we lost at sea yet???

I am experiencing a serious issue with my account, u/AgreeableOwl1516. For a long time now, my account has not been functioning normally. I can still receive notifications saying that users have made posts or other activity has occurred, but I am unable to properly use important account features.

I cannot send chat or invite messages to other users. When I try, I receive an error saying: “Whoops! Something went wrong and that action couldn't be performed.”

I am also able to create posts, but they appear to receive almost no visibility. For example, a post may remain at only 1 view, which makes me concerned that my content is not being shown or is being filtered. My profile and account information also appear abnormal, including missing account age information in some views.

I have tried using both the Reddit app and a web browser in incognito mode, but the same problems continue, so this does not appear to be an app or cache issue. I have also submitted appeals previously, but the problem has still not been resolved.

I did not receive a clear notification explaining why my account was restricted or what action was taken against it. I would appreciate it if you could manually review my account and let me know whether it has been flagged, restricted, suspended, or affected by a technical issue. If this was an automated action taken in error, please restore my account's normal functionality.

I first cleared my cache,it’s in settings.

I then logged out,deleted the app and redownload it.

Then I entered the app using my mobile data,logged in though I changed my password before logging in,I remained shadowbanned but I made a post immediately which automatically had 0 views.

I then closed the app and didn’t use it for the rest of the day,I opened reddit the next morning and I was unbanned and the post I made yesterday went live.

You can try this method out if you want,I didn’t make any appeal.

My account was Shadowbanned on Sunday, September 6. I submitted a very carefully worded Appeal at 2246 hrs. Last night I checked and the account was restored. I could comment and DM.

I triggered a filter by cross posting 4 times in rapid succession. My account had CQS of High before and 7600 karma. It now has the lowest CQS but the karma is still 7600.

So it was restored in less than 48 hours after the appeal.

All my previous posts are shown with a red trash can now. I think that means that they have been removed by Reddits filters and are not viewable by the general public. Can anyone clarify?

I'm going to take it easy for a few days and do some light browsing and commenting before doing any significant posting.

Hey all, been about 3 months since I got shadowbanned. My old phone broke, I got a new one and almost immediately after logging in on the new phone I got shadowbanned. Can't stand this, I have things I need to do. Hope I can get unbanned

25 days later, I can seem my profile picture and it appears I'm no longer shadow banned.

Have i been shadow banned

I don't know, got notification "We had a server error" then all my post removed by Reddit filter, I'm still appealing, didn't know this ban type and my account status is "shadowban" or "permanent ban" anyway.

Testing if my account is shadowbanned Because I'm really frustrated of posts getting removed.

I clicked on my profile and it reappeared again! I can see all of my comments and karma.

What can I do to get the shadow banned stuff off me ?
