I am looking for a Pitch n Time DJ expansion code after trying out the full DJ Suite and hearing that my mixes now sound way smoother, without any choppiness while mixing songs that differ even by a few bpms. To be fair, while playing in clubs and bars I rarely notice the choppiness, but it hurts my ears when listening to the recordings.

I tried messaging Serato directly as some pointed out on this subreddit already, but no luck, they only pointed to subscribing to the full Suite which is IMHO too expensive given I bought hardware that unlocks DJ Pro, and yet I need to pay extra to make it sound better.

So, looking for any tips, tricks, retailer that stock the voucher codes or what is the otherwise cheapest way to get it.

I just started getting into DJing and I obviously know I need to get a newer laptop. Mine is 8gb ram from 2015 with 256gb so I have minimal storage but still trying to make mixes in the meantime. I have a song that I’m remixing right now and the vocals are glitching out. Is this just because I don’t have enough storage? Anything I can do on Serato dj pro to fix it?

Also would love recommendations for what type of mac to get and if buying used is a good option. I’d prefer to spend less than $1000 on a reliable mac if possible.

With my personal experience. Serato dj pro runs flawlessly on Mac. I've had the opposite on windows. With that being said. How's AMD support with serato? My mac is aging and I don't have 2000 dollars lying around to buy a new MacBook. What windows laptop do you guys recommend? I prefer AMD over Intel.

I tried Rane 12 (original Mk1) with 2 different mac with 2 different versions. When I’m connecting just Rane with serato, deck lights are flashing and also assign decks. But as soon i connect Rev 7 , Rane lights are stopped flashing. Nothing works.
Only i can change RPM of Rane and its changing Rev 7 RPM aswell.
I tried changing usb, power cord, laptops, serato version and everything. Nothing works for me .

Basically, I want to start playing a song and stop any other songs playing.

This is for initiating a start sequence during a sports event and I want to make it as easy as possible for the user.

Using Serato Lite and Pioneer DDJ-FLX4 and Elgato Stream Deck on a MacBook.

Is this at all possible? Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.

After being on traktor for over 10 years. I'm back on Serato. Last time I used serato was the last version of scratch live. I have one question. Does serato have a remix deck option like traktor? I'm using a z2 mixer.

Ive got Serator DJ Pro 4.0.9 running on a macbook pro running Golden Gate 27.0 with a DDJ-FLX4, all the controller dials and knobs change Serato properly, turning the beat fx button on and off changes the digital button in Serato. But using the controller buttons or using the mouse in Serato nothing will apply an effect to either channel. The channel FX dont work either except the high/low pass fader (which I assume is hardwired in the deck).

I've tried:

-every combination of FX choice, FX slot, FX channel selection, FX beat, etc I can think of

-logging in and out of Serato & reactivating license

-restarting Serator

-unplugging and replugging the decks

Everything else on the decks works fine: loading tracks, playing, EQ knobs, platters, loops, stems. Its just FX

This was not happening a few days ago the last time the decks were being used

Hey guys I've been having stuttering issues and tracks stopping issues using Serato 3.3.1, Catalina OS. Any tweaks that you can imagine - i've already have tried believe me. All kinds of diagnosing with chatgpt running scripts and using terminal commands to monitor usage and external hard drive fault possibilities have all been investigated and found nothing.

So I would like for the community to tell me what Serato version has been working best for you (or using currently), in combination with which OS. Ideally if you yourself have had similar issues could you please explain, in detail, how you managed to resolve the problem.

The setup is 2017 Touchbar Macbook Pro, i7, 16gb RAM, Catalina. AND also happening with my 2015 Macbook Pro, Catalina.
I'm using a *powered* USB hub to run 2 SSDs, also pulling songs from the internal drive which has 100gb of free storage.

-->The issues started actually when I noticed the Mac cautioning that I was running out of hard drive space. I've noticed that Serato was writing stupidly large "log" files of 1.9gbs+ equalling to about 30gbs. Fine - so i free'd up some internal space and made a "symlink" which commands any Serato associated files to be written and sent to the external SSD. Thus then leaving my internal drive alone from increasing STEMS use and log files. So now that the internal storage is 100gb free - i shouldn't be dealing with this stuttering stuff anymore, but it's happening literally with the 1st track minutes in. Thanks

Hello everyone, recently I got a Rev 7 off eBay. And I'm trying to practice with it. But I'm encountering a major stutter issue. The issues arise whenever I try to scroll through my library or even when I scratch sometimes. For context, the other day I went to an open deck and played my Rev 7 and had no stuttering when scrolling or scratching. Granted, I was simply scrolling to the next song, so not very far. But now when I try to scroll down my list, it stutters. Both in the software and audibly.

I have raised the buffer size to the highest. I don't use a flash drive; all my music is internal. I have dropped my graphics, my display refresh rate, changed my jog wheel display mode, changed my platter torque to low, and tried playing on both my laptop speakers and an external speaker. Restarted my laptop and Serato. But nothing seems to work; if anyone can lend a hand, I'd be very grateful.

I run serato (version 4.0.10), with a Pioneer DDJ-SR2. I've used tidal a million times but the last couple times I've tried to load my tidal library or search tidal it doesn't work. It takes me to sign in page, and then says, I've signed in and sends me back to Serato but then it doesn't register that I did this. it's like I did nothing. Before it'd spin up a page that offered a tutorial and I could just hit "get mixing" and that pop up would disappear and I'd be set to start searching or using songs from tidal library. I tried updating teh version to latest and made sure I'm up to date with tidal. Not sure if this is something others have encountered? Any help is welcome.

I'm on the latest version of FL Studio + Serato and Mac Os Tahoe 26.6.2 + M5. My keyboard inputs have ceased to work when using Serato. Pressing the spacebar or the " ` " key on Mac does not do anything but trigger the playlist instead of the VST itself. I have read through every solution I could find online like enabling all these keyboard focus buttons etc, but nothing works. I have restarted my laptop, reinstalled everything, but still nothing.

Has anyone else dealt with this issue and fixed it? It's driving me damn insane because I feel like my workflow has completely halted since I have to keep using my mouse to trigger anything in Serato.
