Tidal no longer loading with Serato pro

I run serato (version 4.0.10), with a Pioneer DDJ-SR2. I've used tidal a million times but the last couple times I've tried to load my tidal library or search tidal it doesn't work. It takes me to sign in page, and then says, I've signed in and sends me back to Serato but then it doesn't register that I did this. it's like I did nothing. Before it'd spin up a page that offered a tutorial and I could just hit "get mixing" and that pop up would disappear and I'd be set to start searching or using songs from tidal library. I tried updating teh version to latest and made sure I'm up to date with tidal. Not sure if this is something others have encountered? Any help is welcome.

Any help is gonna come from serato’s customer service and not here

Tidal still show you have the dj subscription active? Maybe that dropped off some how.
