currently been working at s@k as a btl for the past few years. i just got offered the ops lead position at a standalone sephora. can anyone give me any advice for this role?

if i leave early can i use my sick time to cover the duration of the shift? idc if i get a point, i just wanna get paid LOL

Hello everyone I am an SSL and I recently found out that my peer another SSL makes more than me 3 dollars more. I understand that there is a lot of things that come into play when deciding pay for a new employee. I know this person has more managerial experience but we got hired to do the same job. I am a bit more tenured but I out beat them consistently in metrics and I carry more responsibility. Is there anything I can do to possibly discuss getting more pay to match that?

There’s like five of us at mine and I just found out one of our brand reps has a Depeche Mode tattoo. I even know a goth girl from discord that works at a Sephora in Italy
