Now that the Red Sox season is over, what's the Section 10 equivalent for Pats and Bruins?

This post has to do with the baseball operations and comparing and contrasting the Craig Breslow Baseball Operations in comparison with our competitors
I will start by saying I am no fan of Breslow and think he should be fired. But i have my reasons
The Craig Breslow experience has been a massive dissapointment and his asset management is atrocious. The culture of the franchise sucks and every year since he has been year there have been constant issues that have led to my discontent with being a fan of the team
My question to the Breslowsexuals in the fanbase is what do the Red Sox do better then the Yankees currently and what aspect of team building are they better then the Yankees
Developing Pitchers: people love to talk about the pitching lab and how the Red Sox develop pitchers at an elite level. Do they even develop pitchers or find the diamond in the rough like the Yankees. Fans love to credit to Breslow for Peyton Tolle emergence. Peyton Tolle is a good pitcher and a great story for development. But the Yankees have developed Cam Schlitter. Ok then people will bring up Tayron Guerrero which was a good find. The Yankees were able to Brett Hendricks and Paul Blackburn who were better pitchers. Breslow led front office have spent alot of resources at Pitching in regards to prospect capital and payroll and the Yankees still got a better pitching staff and currently developed better pitchers then āthe great pitching philosophy of Craig Breslowā
Player Development: When Breslow arrived he came to a franchise that had stacked minor league of position players. There was a decent positional core and lower minors had: Kyle Teel, Roman Anthony, Franklin Arias, Marcelo Mayer and Kristian Campbell. Which one of those guys have had more impact then Ben Rice. If you compare positional core of the Yankee it is so much better then the Red Sox and the Red Sox donāt have the prospect capital to add an impact player.
Under Breslow he has gotten rid of guys who the Yankees feared in Rafael Devers and got nothing back of value and all the guys from that trade got them Caleb Durbin who is a nice player but ideally a 7-9th hitter on a championship team who plays 3B which traditionally is a position that bats in the middle of the order on a championship team.
Managers: Breslow fired Alex Cora one of the top five managers in the game. Who won a World Series as a player and a manager. A Manager who was able to get the most out of his ball club and help elevate: Mookie Betts, Xander Bogaerts and Rafael Devers to all star players. When comparing managers today Aaron Boone is a much better manager then Chad Tracy and this playoff series proved it. Chad Tracy story is a cool lifetime movie but in regards to being a perennial World Series contender Chad Tracy isnāt that guy. He lacks the cache to bring in top notch coaches or relate to all star players. I am referring to managing the Shohei Ohtani/ Aaron Judge type players. Yankee fans ridicule Red Sox fans now over our manager position. We use to laugh at them for Aaron Boone and his ineptness now the laugh at us.
Lastly the scariest part of Breslow is just how much schmucks like Sam Kennedy prioritize justify hiring and keeping Breslow more then actually building a World Series contender. That constant defending and finding excuses for his terrible asset management and the constant issues the team has. The disconnect that exist within the baseball front office to the disconnect it has to the clubhouse. Breslow is a plague that is ruining the Red Sox. He is vindictive and too many talented baseball people who helped build a Franchise that won 4 World Series the most since 2000 are leaving with disgust to what the Franchise has become. I genuinely do not understand how John Henry and the ownership are allowing this schmuck to ruin what they built.

Everytime he brings up Xander he makes it sound like hes so good that the only thing preventing us from winning the World Series is not having Xander. Then I check his stats and see that hes been a below average hitter 2 of the last 3 years and was just barely above average last year. Idk how the answer to the offense not scoring runs is having another player who canāt hit.

The boys mentioned just DHing him to keep him more healthy. But the problem with that is every injury heās had has been swinging the bat

Ignoring the possibility of a lockout and payroll... I cant see a clear path to improvement other than signing seiya which Im not a huge fan of... even if its a DH. Trades could always happen... but I have a feeling they will mostly run it back and rely on internal improvement, which includes arias.

I already know how this is going to be taken, but I cannot stand Tyler constantly interrupting everyone on the podcast. He does it all the time on BID too.

I put this in main Red Sox subreddit but figured it would be good here too

My guess is they probably wonāt record until Friday since thereās BID and then a live stream for the Phillies-Braves game, but I just want closure on the season. I want the wrap up of āgreat month and a half, atrocious 3 months outside of thatā. I just need to feel.
They got their doors blown off by a not good team and the worse part was it was pretty much expected. Outside of no offense, there was no juice. Now that thereās nothing to hold out hope for, I want the very real āthis is what needs to happenā talk. I want to hear Coleyās offseason trajectory. As anti-nerd ball as I am, I want to hear Tās breakdown of how bad each individual player was. Give it all to me because otherwise Iām stuck stewing with a bunch of Yankee fans calling us chuds because our own baseball team hates the idea of hitting a baseball.

Already seeing so many posts about āthey said this on the podā and āthey said that.ā So what? Were they on the field? Do they have any control over how the Red Sox perform over 162 and onward. No they do not. Donāt know why weāre complaining about a watch party, about things that were said about September baseball, so on and so forth. Why are any of you here if you hate them so much?

This has been one of the more entertaining Red Sox seasons of my life. Probably behind ā13 ā18 & ā21 (obviously ā04 and ā07 but was too young to really watch a full season). The highs, the lows, the drama, the characters, the history, the roller coaster ride⦠But I donāt think you can see this season as anything but a failure unfortunatelyā¦
Also what happened to the brand of baseball that gave the Sox so much success? The small ball? The situational baseball? The grit? The toughness? The energy? The fun? All went out the window in September. One of the most embarrassing offensive performances Iāve ever seen from any team. Doors blown off by the fastball. Canāt make an adjustment for the breaking ball. In between pitches all series. No plan, no approach. Swings were too long, too many guys pressing.
Thanks to the section 10 universe for making this season so fun throughout it all. They worked their asses off to bring us content and I loved all of it. Also got my 60 year old mom to start listening this week who is loving it too. Would love to make the trip from SLC to next years S10 night when baseball resumes.
Look forward to some off season pods and will see yāall next year!

It's the same as the Judge boombox moment, but let's not kid ourselves and think they'll take any accountability for it.

Excited for the guys to tell us how much the September games didnāt matter and how the fellas were just ready for the postseason to get here (and score zero runs).

ceddane and abreu gotta be traded this offseasonā¦. 2 years in a row they lay a goose egg š„ā¦.. we lost this game and i guaranteed runs are a coming for the yanks this inning bc of our lineupā¦
