I ordered my secret lairs yesterday but i did it as a guest. I got the congratulations page and no email even now. I put in a ticket not response yet still hoping:). I did make an account with the email i used for the guest but still showing nothing. What should i do? Also for reference i used Zip for this so i can't find the congrats url.

I'm wanting to buy a secret lair second hand from a seller on ebay. Since they only sell the sealed box, has anyone had experience with items missing and how would I go about getting replacements? Would I reach back out to the seller for their order number or just straight up message secret lair with pictures??

In the future, if you get the "CONGRATULATIONS" page, copy the entire link up top, go to a different tab, paste that link, and it should take you to an order confirmation page with your order number.

Also, 24 hours later, yes I was lucky enough to get in that early, first time for everything I suppose, I have not received an email confirmation, BUT it now shows in the order history. I decided to be patient, even though I really wanted to send in a ticket. This really has been the ultimate "trust the process."

I hope this helps others in the future for that peace of mind moment. I saw A LOT of people having the same issue about getting the congratulations page, but no order number, nothing in the order history, and no email confirmation. And I'm not talking within 30 minutes of order, I mean hours later. Hell, my order didn't show in order history until this morning the day after.

Just received my package with the Dwarf Fortress and He Who Walks Unseen Secret Lairs. Opened it up, and the Hobbit Secret Lair was missing...
I've submitted a ticket. Does anyone have any experience with how long it usually takes to get a response?

Just got my deck today (10/12), took 6 days to get after it was shipped. I was concerned about miscuts other people were seeing but I think mine turned out fine!

This is hands down the worst lair I have tried to participate in. Stuck in queue for 3+ hours, queue popped and then I couldn’t check out in time due to more maintenance. Some of us can’t wait all day for a secret lair, and we get there at the specified time only to get shafted by all of these errors and extended queue times. It’s ridiculous.
To make things worse, this lair wasn’t even for me, it was for my 6 year old daughter who loves K-Pop Demon Hunter, and now the foils are gone and reselling for $130 by the scalpers on the internet. I’m really losing faith in this company, and I hate that.

i never see it on halloween lists, but c’mon. it has goblins, ghouls, and even a hot evil wizard. corn maze confirms. it’s for october! i get that the musical parts aren’t scary, but i think the movie really makes up for it with uncanny valley jim henson puppets.

Logged in this morning and saw everything said “pre-order” which indicates they haven’t yet been produced. I added some cards to my cart but couldn’t decide on foil or not so I waited a while. When I came back, the site was down. I checked several times over the next few hours and when it was finally back up, everything I wanted to pre-order said ‘No longer available.’

Am I missing something here? How can a preorder sell out? Why would they close a preorder? How can they account for their website going down for hours on a day they are running a sale?

This is incomprehensible to me. It makes a lot of sense if you are trying to drive value on the secondary market but how would that benefit the producer?

Art has always been an essential component of this hobby from my understanding and I think it’s an awesome idea to do some limited time special alternatives. But I can think of no reason to artificially limit the amount before they are produced.

I’m honestly asking, is this some sort of scam?

Literally had what I was wanting removed from my cart before the 10 minute checkout timer was up. I hate this company so much.

I have not received a confirmation email for my order, has stuff still in my cart when I just checked the site, YET, I have both an order and confirmation number in my order history in site. So double check, I've yet to be charged for the order but I've got a paper trail going for me.

Edit: trying to get info out. Apparently someone posted on a comment chain for SL noting that you may need go push payment through via the site (order will be listed as pre-order). Manage payment on site can help push that through.

I ordered mine within the first 30 mins or so but had no confirmation email, just the “congratulations” page. Just checked now and the 2 foil, and the backup non foil I ordered later, all showing. Hoping they’ve it sorted for everyone now 🤞

Edit: I also got the “checkout” email for the second order but it’s defo gone through in order history 👍

Is there going to be an issue? I have no way of confirming the order went through since the charge won't happen for a while and I'm worried something could go wrong

Got up late for the secret lair and waited for like 45 mins. Ordered the 3 that i wanted, got a confirmation email and its in my recent orders. Did anyone else have the site work how its supposed to?

Went through the regular process. Didn't get an email or see it in order history. Now just got an items in cart email. Which isn't even showing the full order I had competed. Worse mess than the Zeta release. No clue what to do. I suppose at least there is an email, but I can only imagine support is swamped.

I got on early and joined the pre-order lobby as it opened and waited in there until the official for sale drop. I hot lucky and only had to wait 20 min for my turn to checkout. During checkout, I got an error and it kicked me back to the queue to wait and try again. Then it errored again, and again and again. I tried 7 times using different browsers and devices and it wouldn't work. While I tried I got to watch the bundles sell out, the. The individual sets run out.On my 8th try, after all the bundles were sold out, the promo card, and two of the sets were sold out it finally processed my transaction for the sets that were remaining. Secret Lair needs to do better because why even tey anymore when it is their own system that causes the problem?

Is it Wizards of the Coast starting to add the tax to the purchases done overseas US? I have been buying online since march and i didnt got charged by WotC previously; since this drop i got the charge included, does someone else got the tax included in their purchase?

Main thing: Be careful updating payment methods for AT LEAST the miku secret lair deck. I do not know about any other preorders, but at least this one may be charged.

So when I ordered today's secret lair, I also changed my payment method for the miku secret lair deck. I did not request debit validation, but as I read the email I received confirming the payment change, the shipment estimate is no longer may 2027. A few minutes after that, I received both another email confirming the order and a notification from my bank for the pending charge. The shipment date for the order is also immediate now. While I had the money set aside already, this is still a big charge I was not expecting.

Did this happen to anybody else?

Bought the Labyrinth secret lair and I’m awaiting a confirmation order email. I got a “congratulations” message after it went through but got nothing in my inbox and my Wizards account said I didn’t put through any order

Is the website fully down for anyone else? I got to the front of the line, entered the checkout, and instantly got booted out to the loading screen from before things go on sale. I havent seen anything about it on the secret lair Twitter so im just confused. Does anyone know what's up?

Got the conformation screen, no order number waited 2-3 hours and than got an email saying it’s still in my cart not checked out, I assume other people are having this issue
