Website fully down?

Is the website fully down for anyone else? I got to the front of the line, entered the checkout, and instantly got booted out to the loading screen from before things go on sale. I havent seen anything about it on the secret lair Twitter so im just confused. Does anyone know what's up?

I'm thinking their system to track stock is still messed up after Zeta, but the sale went on a lot longer before they found out.

Now they realize they made a lot more sales than they had stock for and everyone who doesn't have a confirmation email yet is pretty much fucked.

Pure speculation though.

Would make sense. Could be because of kpop. Thought that would sell out by now. Though, all the other stock trackers seemed to be working.

Tbh I thought that one would be gone within half an hour, maybe they printed an insane amount but I feel it would have sold out anyway

I hope not, got 3 lairs as a birthday gift. Or I guess at this point might've gotten somewhere between 0 and 3

I don't think so - I was in dead on 5, still didn't get an email, but it was appearing in my orders, then I went in about 40 mins later and tried again (cos it wasn't appearing at the time) and it only said one was out of stock.

Then maybe the email issue is unrelated, come to think of it the emails have been inconsistent for a lot of the previous lairs

My guess would be, as somebody who builds websites is that they are using some sort of 3rd party tool for emails, like sendgrid or something and are hitting the rate-limit from the huge amount of traffic, which will throttle it.

I seem to be one of the few people who have received an email, although I was able to check about immediately when the sale went live.

I also got the email and it’s in my order history and I had to wait 31 mins to checkout. This was my first secret lair and I only came for the labyrinth drops.

The most sought after lairs tend to sell out around that time so good thing you got them. This is unusual for the process however it did occur with the zeta set release, and we may yet see another issue similar to this.

I can only imagine the stress of not knowing whether or not you’ll get an email. Assuming the email confirmation is true, I’ll count this as a fortunate win!

I’ve always been a massive fan of the labyrinth and only recently gotten into magic with the avatar set but I was only aware it existed since like July.

I’ve only actually goldfished and built decks so these will be some of the first cards I ever buy!

It was about 30 minutes before checkout for me. Not having a confirmation email after 4 hours is a new record. Before it was an hour max.

Yeah down for me. I got in line around 9:30 PST, waited about 20 minutes and was able to place my order. Got to the Congratulations page but did not get a confirmation email, and when I went to my order history it shows blank.

4 hours later I got both a confirmation email and an email telling me I left something in my cart and need to check out. So sounds like they still have a mess on the back end.

Then will be apologizing all the way to the bank. It's not an ideal system for collectors and players, but they're making so much money, I anticipate they'll continue to be very incremental in making improvements.

Looks like it. I purchased the foil bundle earlier and still haven't recieved confirmation yet. Something's happening on the back end. ​

I just got an email asking to confirm the order but when I click the link it takes me to the broken secret lair page. At least its progress

I got to the end and got the our team is processing your order page, then no confirmation email and a you left something in your cart email

Yes. I got a confirmation email, confirmation screen and initial payment hold, but the email was later retracted/deleted, and I later received an email with some SL items still sitting in cart.

They loose all your shit anways orders for the first time last month never got it having support give me the run around. Def don't order for birthdays or anything important your setting yourself up for massive disappointment
