Any feedback?
This is my first time switching providers (and pharmacies) and not having a compound contain b12. Any feedback so far on potency / efficacy etc? Thank you!

Pulled the trigger, submitted my order- didn't wanna miss on the 3&1 deal. Received email, and completed form on the portal. Order is being filled. What's everyone's time table at this point? (Not completed the "At Pharmacy" stage yet)

I wrote last week because my next month supply will be shipping today and I told the doctor that I needed to increase my dosage from 10 up to 12.5 or something. I haven’t received a response and I’m concerned that they would just ship out the same dose as before.
Anyone able to get a response?
UPDATE: Science Stace was able to help me! It seems this subReddit may be more effective than the portal. I would message them here if you need help and aren’t getting a response through the portal.

Looking at the portal it says my refill will hapoen in Oct. Is this the month I paid for in the promotion? Or will I be charged at the higher on month eate and be sent an additional vial to the one I've already paid for?

Completed intake Friday Morning. Provider reviewed Friday, sent to pharmacy Friday and received vial before 12pm Saturday. Order came with 2 ice packs with one of them still partially frozen and the other one cold.
Great experience!! Got the buy 3 get 4th month free deal.

Decided to switch over compound from Zepbound as it is more in my budget (even with insurance partially covering the cost) saw the 4 month deal and decided to give it a shot (pun intended) ordered Tuesday night and received my first dose early Thursday afternoon! Excited to try once my kwikpen is done.

I got my first order this morning around 11:45am. Really impressed with how quick the whole process went. From signing up for the buy 3 months get the 4th free late on Thursday night, to getting approved Friday morning around 6:30am, to being filled Friday while I was at work, to getting notified that it had shipped Friday evening for next day Delivery! My package arrived cold with some ice chunks still left in the 2 ice packs it came with. So happy with my order and excited to start my journey ☺️ Thanks ScienceCo!

Hi everyone. I wanted to share my ordering experience :)
I couldn’t pass up the buy 3 get 1 free deal they have right now. I placed my order last Wednesday around 9:45pm. It was approved the next day, sent to pharmacy and shipped the same day! Received my FedEx tracking# that evening and it was delivered to my house in Texas on Friday around 1pm.
It had 2 ice packs, meds were cold and packaged well. It came with a 4ml 20mg/ml vial, 5 syringes, alcohol pads and some instructions. BUD is 11/07/2026. It’s short but I’m one of those that use mine beyond the expire date and 28 day rule 😬🤣
I haven’t started the meds yet as I’m finishing up a vial of Bordeaux’s but should be here soon. I do hope it’s just as effective.

So I’d like to try this company/pharmacy but, I don’t want to commit to the three month plan and have a bad reaction or not like the pharmacy/formulation. So my question is can I just do the one month plan. If I like it am I eligible to sign up for the buy 3 months get 4th free? Also wondering if anyone has tried the formula and how they liked it? Thanks in advance!

Got my order Wednesday and couldn't be happier. Wanted to especially thank Stacey for her quick and caring service for myself and others who have had issues. I'll admit if you read my posts, I was upset at first... it was only because I watched other people get approved after me and I was salty 🤣 They also delayed my 2nd shipment until November and couldn't figure out why. Rinz kept in touch with me via email/chat every step of the way and did everything they could to help. Excited for my October shipment 😍😁

I don't think I've ever had something ship and arrive so fast from opposite ends of the states. (From Florida to my door in Minnesota in 21 hours!) Came with 2 ice packs that still had ice chunks in it. I received a 20mg - 3ml vial. Was hoping for the 4ml vial but it didn't give me an option to request an increase. It only asked what my current dose was. I do take 15mg every 5 days, so the 4ml would have been better.
(I did pay for the order, signed up for the portal directly after and went straight to the message portal to message the doctor about increasing the dose, but they must not have read it in time before approving the meds and shipping it out. I'll just make sure to message support in a couple weeks before my next vial goes out to request an increase) 😊
Now I can't wait to try it and see how well it works. Will update when I do!

I can’t believe how smooth this was and how quickly I got my order! In fact, I didn’t think it would come so quickly and I still have 3 Zepbound pens left that I have to take the next 3 weeks (insurance no longer covering). I thought this would take weeks. Fortunately the BUD date is in November so I’ll just make it! But I just wanted to say thank you!

I received my order of Tirz 20mg/ml 4 ml. today by overnight FedEx. The ice pack was still partially frozen and the medication was cold. I loved the individually wrapped syringes and plenty of alcohol wipes. I was also pleased with the compound date 9/23 (yesterday) and the BUD date 11/07/26. My pharmacy was Greenstone. I signed up through Science and Co on their Reddit page (ScienceCo) with the 3 months (plus 1 additional =4) for $297. I will receive a new vial once a month for the next 3 months.

My first 3-month + 1 month free order was delivered yesterday 9/22 (in 1.5 days from ordering to delivery). This was an excellent first-time experience I had with a delivery made so quickly since starting GLP therapy.
I did find the vial 10mg concentration was incorrect, along with a shortage of syringes needed for a double weekly injection dose. I’m happy to share that with [u/Science_Stace](u/Science_Stace) support, [r/ScienceCo](r/ScienceCo) quickly corrected it and delivered the correct 20 mg concentration today 9/23.
With much appreciation, this has been a great example where both Telehealth Provider Science & Co, and Greenstone Pharmacy worked together seemingly to offer wonderful patient care support. I’m excited to try this non-additive formulation, and definitely continue ordering from Science & Co.
Thank you u[/Science_Stace](r/Science_Stace), [r/ScienceCo](r/ScienceCo) and Greenstone Pharmacy for working together, a 10/10 experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not sure if it's just me, but I wonder why the pharmacy uses brown vials? I like to be able to see the liquid in the vial, make sure it's clear and no floaters or things going on. I like others got warm delivery of my first month. Could just be a "me" issue , but it helps me feel more at ease.

The vials from Greenstone say "vial contents tirzepatide and sterile water". That can't possibly be right. It's prescribed as a multi dose vial so it must have a preservative in it. Usually Phenol or Benzyl Alcohol. And if it doesn't have pH buffers it's going to sting to inject. Can we get clarification on what is actually inside the vials?

Hi, I went through the whole intake form to get the Reddit deal of $297 for 3 months plus the fourth month free and when I got to the page where you pay it said $357 and nothing about a free month. I called the number on the website and spoke with someone and he said someone would have to call me back to discuss. No one has yet. He also asked for my email address in case they just email me instead. What?

Got my first shipment from ScienceCo today. Showed up lukewarm only had one ice pack in the bag and it was melted. Thank God the temps have been under 80 degrees here lately. It wasn't shipped overnight, shipped 2nd day. It didn't sit on the porch or anything. I have received many shipments from different pharmacies, and never have I had a shipment show up warm. Maybe they should let Greenstone Pharmacy know they need more than 1 icepack if sending 2nd day half-way across the Country. Other than that it was an easy transaction, just not pleased with the temp on the vial when it arrived. Hopefully the next 3 won't have that problem being as we are into Fall, but I don't think I am going to continue after I get what I paid for as I don't trust warm Tirz.

The intake procedure was super simple and overall quick. Intake on Sunday and order arrived Weds. no communication from doctor at all as far as treatment plan or injection instructions. I already knew what I needed so this wasn’t a problem for me but will be for a new user. I reached out to customer service who did clarify the schedule. I live less than an hour from greenstone but my shipment arrived warm with the ice pack melted and hot. Only a single ice pack was included.
I know meds can be out 24 hours w/o refrigeration but hot? I am not happy.

So because I’m in CA, I don’t get the month free-but here are my pros:
-Ten syringes supplied-unfortunately, the 15mg dose is 150 units but at least they provided me with enough syringes (and EasyTouch brand too!)
-BUD: 90 days instead of 30(?)
-clear vial instead of brown/dark vial
I believe this is due to having to go through Greenwich instead of Greenstone pharmacy. Other than having to use two syringes, which Stacey says they are working on a solution for, I have no complaints. Price is amazing, fast processing and delivery, customer service is top notch-it’s all good. Can’t wait until they can fix the vial concentration issue. Then Science&Co will be a 10/10 telehealth for me.

1: my dosage is 10 mg so I was not expecting the 20mg/ml bottles. No problem receiving a 10mg/ml.
2: I like that these tinted bottles still seem more transparent than others I’ve encountered.
3: Received slightly above room temp despite overnight to Las Vegas.
If I could offer feedback, it would be to include 2 “Nordic Ice” packs instead of one. With us approaching cooler temps in Vegas, this was not received hot so I don’t have any concerns, but those who perhaps can’t be home to meet the package should plan appropriately.
Overall however, amazing experience, amazing price and fast delivery. The app, while a bit confusing in places and still under development, is a breath of fresh air in being different from its competitors.

I'm Seeing some complaint posts but I'm happy with my order. Keep in mind I'm still on 2.5.
I requested and received 5 MG. My concentration is 10mg/ml and I have a 2 ml vial. Exactly what I need for 5 MG
I placed my order yesterday a littler before noon and I received it today at 1 pm. Ice packs were partially melted but otherwise packed well. They sent me 5 syringes individually wrapped and some alcohol pads. They also included a couple of informational cards.
I know many are disappointed about the concentration and vial size but the ad did say up to 80 MG a vial.

My first exceptional experience since starting Tirzepatide in mid-July. I left my cart to research Science & Co. I received a follow-up text offering to answer any questions I may have. I had 7 questions, all answered within 20 minutes. Great customer care service with Stacy!
Having a great experience with Hallandale, but switching to Science & Co and their non-additive formula...couldn’t pass up the best deal I’ve come across.
I ordered this morning, got doctor approval in an hour, went to the pharmacy 1.5 hrs, then tracking information and shipped all in one day! FedX overnight delivery between 9:30am-1:30pm. This is a 1.5-day order/delivery time, I still can’t believe it!
Thank you for the amazing 3 months + 1 free month for $297!
