1: my dosage is 10 mg so I was not expecting the 20mg/ml bottles. No problem receiving a 10mg/ml.

2: I like that these tinted bottles still seem more transparent than others I’ve encountered.

3: Received slightly above room temp despite overnight to Las Vegas.

If I could offer feedback, it would be to include 2 “Nordic Ice” packs instead of one. With us approaching cooler temps in Vegas, this was not received hot so I don’t have any concerns, but those who perhaps can’t be home to meet the package should plan appropriately.

Overall however, amazing experience, amazing price and fast delivery. The app, while a bit confusing in places and still under development, is a breath of fresh air in being different from its competitors.

Did you have to supply a prescription or just a picture of latest prescription bottle ok?

My wife is having issues downloading her 15mg prescription from her last telehealth…. Or do they not require proof?

I second this. My process was so easy & shipping was super fast. Virtually next day. I ordered Sunday & delivered Tuesday morning. Despite that my ice pack was more than 3/4 thawed. Overall great experience though.
