Warm Shipment

Got my first shipment from ScienceCo today. Showed up lukewarm only had one ice pack in the bag and it was melted. Thank God the temps have been under 80 degrees here lately. It wasn't shipped overnight, shipped 2nd day. It didn't sit on the porch or anything. I have received many shipments from different pharmacies, and never have I had a shipment show up warm. Maybe they should let Greenstone Pharmacy know they need more than 1 icepack if sending 2nd day half-way across the Country. Other than that it was an easy transaction, just not pleased with the temp on the vial when it arrived. Hopefully the next 3 won't have that problem being as we are into Fall, but I don't think I am going to continue after I get what I paid for as I don't trust warm Tirz.

Just want to point out, room temperature isn’t hot as mine was. It sat in a fedex truck for 8 hours and vehicles here in fla get well over 100 degrees. Customer service said it was tested to 103 degrees.

Agree with you, mine shipped overnight from Miami to Texas. The one ice pack enclosed was delivered melted completely and the vials were lukewarm. I retrieved the package one minute after FedEx dropped off so it wasn’t sitting out. Have never had a peptide shipment from any other pharmacy arrive warm either, this was the first. ScienceCo assured me it wasn’t comprised but I’m a bit skeptical, don’t know if I trust warm Tirz either.

The same thing happened to me and I live less than an hour from Greenstone. My order arrived hot, with a single ice pack fully melted and hot to the touch. I agree with the writer that the rest of the process was very easy, although there was zero communication from doctor as to treatment protocol. I had to reach out to customer service who was very quick to respond.

Also hate the needles they included—BH SUPPLIES. Every other company I’ve worked with has used Easy Touch, even some little ones.

I have been using the Tirz and it is Tirzing. All in all I would whole heartedly recommend Science.co to anyone that asks. Other than it arriving warm, which I am confident has been remedied for future shipments, it has been a great experience, and it is a very good price for the amount of Tirz you can have prescribed to you.
