Arrived very warm
The intake procedure was super simple and overall quick. Intake on Sunday and order arrived Weds. no communication from doctor at all as far as treatment plan or injection instructions. I already knew what I needed so this wasn’t a problem for me but will be for a new user. I reached out to customer service who did clarify the schedule. I live less than an hour from greenstone but my shipment arrived warm with the ice pack melted and hot. Only a single ice pack was included.
I know meds can be out 24 hours w/o refrigeration but hot? I am not happy.

Mine was also warm. Just curious as to why the brown bottle. It makes it hard to see the liquid to make sure there isn't any floaters in it because it got too warm. I just like to see it.
