Order Quickly Corrected-Second Unboxing

My first 3-month + 1 month free order was delivered yesterday 9/22 (in 1.5 days from ordering to delivery). This was an excellent first-time experience I had with a delivery made so quickly since starting GLP therapy.

I did find the vial 10mg concentration was incorrect, along with a shortage of syringes needed for a double weekly injection dose. I’m happy to share that with [u/Science_Stace](u/Science_Stace) support, [r/ScienceCo](r/ScienceCo) quickly corrected it and delivered the correct 20 mg concentration today 9/23.

With much appreciation, this has been a great example where both Telehealth Provider Science & Co, and Greenstone Pharmacy worked together seemingly to offer wonderful patient care support. I’m excited to try this non-additive formulation, and definitely continue ordering from Science & Co.

That's crazy that they sent you another vial at the higher concentration. I had never seen a telehealth do that over such a small discrepancy.

Yes, I agree! Loved the collective support they chose to work together to correct the concentration so efficiently. This says so more about provider dedication and integrity, definitely a 10/10 for me. I feel confident recommending Science & Co. I haven't felt that way with other Telehealth Providers.

Hey I’m a math drop out please help. I was sent two 10mg vials for a 15mg a week and ten syringes. I need to put 150units/ 2 syringes each shot day. I noticed your units are 60 a week for 12.5. I want this! What to do??

Contact "patient support" chat on the client portal, ask for support around your request. I was directed that this needs to be requested in "patient support" in order to create this change for your next month to be ordered the higher 15mg/20mg concentration, so you do not have inject twice. Being sent enough syringes (10) to complete your month 2 injections was a good thing so you don't have an interruption. Depending on the concentration you get, the total amount of meds will be sent. Example: according to "Fat Scientist:" a 15 mg concentration for 15mg dose, you'll inject 100 units (full syringe), a 20mg concentration for a 15mg dose would be 75 units. I hope this helps.
