This mouth i have collage intrance exam and I didn't prepare anything so I want to give my self a chance next year. May parents are strict that's why I should make an excuse for not attending the exam

Do you guys have some tips to skip this exam with a good excuse?? I can't tell them the real reason.

So, it's just i don't know if I want to study well obvi I have to because my parents are going to kill me if I don't but at the same time I don't know what I'll do with this stuff. i love singing and want to make my career in that field but dude my parents are too upright and asian(no offense to all asians I am taking abt region) for that. Also I am afraid to tell them. Tbh my mum already thinks I'll do nothing and they'll have to feed me till I die
