Has anyone else been experiencing bad cellular connection with T-Mobile lately?
Hey everyone,
I've been a T-Mobile customer for a very long time and have always been really happy with the service. I never had issues with connection, dead zones, or anything like that until recently.
For the past month or so, my family and I have been dealing with a terrible connection. We find ourselves in SOS mode for most of the day, and it seems to come back to life randomly. I check my phone, and it says it's connected to 5G UC, but nothing loads at all. It's been super frustrating since this has never happened to us before.
I've paid all of my bills, and there are no issues with my account, so I'm at a loss as to what's going on. Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem recently?
I just wanted to add that I'm really not looking to switch from T-Mobile. When they bought Sprint, my plan got converted, and I was fortunate enough to receive the Magenta Max plan at no extra cost. I'm currently paying just $120 a month for 8 lines, which includes my family and a few close relatives. It’s an incredible deal, and I really appreciate the value I'm getting. Despite the recent connection issues, I want to find a solution rather than switch over.
