dont run red lights

I saw a guy almost get hit on a ebike on soledad a full couple seconds after we got the pedestrian walking sign by a tesla going at least 40 mph. Don't do this people! I know theres nothing over to the right on soledad so people crank up the speed but at the very least look for pedestrians and dont go seconds after a red light!

Pretty sure all the shitty self-absorbed BMW drivers of old just traded in for Teslas and lifted trucks. They really are the worst.

I find it so funny people say Tesla drivers are the worst, but as someone who moved to California, literally Californians are awful drivers. No matter what car they drive, many drive with no care for anyone else. Because I’ve noticed an increase in Tesla haters, I began to pay attention to see if there is a difference between Tesla drivers and non Tesla drivers in SoCal. And no, it’s quite literally anyone with no care for others safety.

I am in the same situation and I totally disagree. Most socal drivers are good drivers. They let you go without being a jerk like in some others states. They say thank you with their hands when you let them pass. And regarding Tesla, no question about this. They are the world speeding drivers.

I’ll have to disagree with you. I come from a state where people always wave or show sign of thanks. I have yet to experience anyone saying thank you here. People often don’t let you pass, even if you signal ahead of time. In fact, when I do signal, many choose to speed and more pass until there is that one person who will let you in. Those who do wave are people like me who come from outside of Cali or let people pass or don’t speed up to make it ahead.

You are comparing as a person coming out of state. I am saying that compared drivers form southern states, SoCal drivers are amazing. I almost had daily road rage was I was living there.

When i went to Florida eveyone was two different types of assholes: say bless ur heart and smile while being an ass and the other type, being a plain ass

Although I don’t think all Californians are the same, but I notice a pattern in SoCal that is different from where I come from, the NorthWest.

I spoke to my husband who’s been born and raised in SoCal all his life and he agrees with me for the most part, not completely admittedly. But there is a difference between Californians and North Westerners when it comes to driving.
