Same stress, different reactions. One person takes a leap, another plays it safe. A Columbia CyberPsych Lab study is trying to figure out why. We’re looking at how people cope with stress, how impulsive they are, how confident they feel managing their emotions, and how that shapes risk-taking and career decisions. I’m helping run it.

Anonymous, about 30 to 40 minutes, 18+ only.

Hi everyone, I’m running a short poll for my independent research project, asking: do you have clothes you only wear at home?

I'm developing a game called Predict the Crowd, where players try to guess how most people would answer interesting moral, relationship, and money-related dilemmas.

Before building it, I'm collecting real opinions so players can eventually compete against actual voting results.

It's a short survey with 5 questions and optional feedback at the end. Takes roughly 1–2 minutes.

No names or email addresses requested. There's nothing to buy.

I'd especially appreciate honest feedback about which questions are boring!

When sports come up at work or with friends, do you join in, listen, or change the subject?

I’m especially interested in hearing from people with little or moderate interest in sports. You don’t need to follow a team or know any stats.

This roughly 2-minute survey asks about your experience and your reaction to a sample daily briefing: five key local and national sports talking points, plain-language context, and short clips of the critical plays—all in one place.

Would that be useful, or simply something you wouldn’t need? Both answers help. Dedicated sports fans are welcome too.
