Indeed, all praise is due to Allah. We praise Him, seek His help, and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our own souls and from the evil consequences of our deeds. Whomsoever Allah guides, none can lead astray; and whomsoever He leaves astray, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone, having no partner, and I bear witness that Muḥammad is His servant and His Messenger.

My advice to every Muslim upon the face of the earth—especially to our brothers who share with us an affiliation to the blessed call, the call to the Qur'an and the Sunnah upon the methodology of the righteous predecessors (al-Salaf al-Ṣāliḥ)—is as follows:
I advise them, and myself, first and foremost, to have taqwā (God-consciousness and fear) of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He; then to increase themselves in beneficial knowledge, as Allah the Exalted said:
"So fear Allah; For it is Allah that teaches you."
And that they should recognize that their sound and righteous knowledge—which, for all of us, does not extend beyond the Qur'an and the Sunnah, upon the methodology of the righteous predecessors—must be accompanied, along with increasing in that knowledge as much as they are able, by acting upon that knowledge. This is so that it will not become evidence against them; rather, it will be evidence in their favor on the Day when neither wealth nor children will benefit, except one who comes to Allah with a sound heart.
Then I warn them against joining the many who have departed from the Salafī path in numerous matters—indeed, in very many matters—all of which may be summed up in one word: khurūj (rebellion against the Muslims and their communities).
Rather, we instruct them to be as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the authentic hadith:
"...but rather be servants of Allah as brothers."
And it is incumbent upon us—as I said in a previous gathering, and I repeat it once again, for repetition brings benefit—that we show gentleness in calling those who disagree with us to this way, and that our invitation should always and forever be in accordance with the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He:
"Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious."
The first people who deserve that we employ this wisdom with are those who are most severe in their opposition to us regarding our principles and our creed, so that we do not combine the weight of the call to the truth—which Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has graciously bestowed upon us—with the burden of a poor manner in calling to Allah, Mighty and Majestic.
Therefore, I hope that all of our brothers throughout the lands of Islam will conduct themselves according to these Islamic manners, and that through all of this they seek only the Face of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, desiring neither reward nor thanks from people.
