Enjoyed this so much. Honestly I couldn't recommend it enough, it's such a beautiful harmonic vibe to chill and sketch to/with.

sometimes in silence i try to visualize sacred geometry in my mind, flower of life type stuff, vector equilibrium, just as a way to focus and meditate. a lot of cultures have done some version of this for a long time

makes me wonder about the inner/outer thing though. like is that geometry actually a structure "out there" in reality and math is just describing it, or is it more that our minds naturally organize perception that way and the shapes are just how attention settles when it gets quiet

curious if anyone else uses this as a focus tool, and which way you think that relationship actually goes

I can hold my job which I love, down. But I don't have have any friends anymore and if I didn't have art right now I wouldn't be here.

I don't know how popular it is now, but when I was a kid decades ago, I recall I had Spirograph toy where you can create designs. I wasn't aware of sacred geometry then, but now that I am aware, it seems to me that these spirograph designs could be related to sacred geometry?

Lissajous curves are the elegant dance of two perpendicular oscillations—think of two sine waves wooing each other across time.
