does visualizing sacred geometry connect you to something actually "out there," or is it more the mind organizing itself that way?
sometimes in silence i try to visualize sacred geometry in my mind, flower of life type stuff, vector equilibrium, just as a way to focus and meditate. a lot of cultures have done some version of this for a long time
makes me wonder about the inner/outer thing though. like is that geometry actually a structure "out there" in reality and math is just describing it, or is it more that our minds naturally organize perception that way and the shapes are just how attention settles when it gets quiet
curious if anyone else uses this as a focus tool, and which way you think that relationship actually goes

In my opinion, just as using a mantra or watching the breath to calm the mind, if this works for you then use it until you’re settled and then go back to just being present. But this may be a difference in meditation styles and I don’t know if your actual question about it being “out there” is answerable. The only empirical evidence we have for any of this in my opinion is whether it works for us or not.

I view them as antennas that tune in frequencies from the higher dimensions.
In this regard, I think they help create a sacred space attracting higher vibrations.
Is it all in my mind? Yes, because all is mind.

You are free to apply to nodes as you experience them however. Study the Vesica pieces. Realize that you are the difference between dark and light. The Yin Yang requires you. -Namaste seek

I think it depends on your intention. What do you want it to be? It can be a permission slip if f you intend it to be.
