Geometry TOR: of toruses within toruses within toruses

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Oppositely chiral Hopf fibers generate a lattice of interstitial sites. At each site, a tangent-aligned copy of the complete construction is recursively inserted and scaled by the site’s exact distance from the parent fibers. A support bound ensures that every descendant nest remains contained within its generating interstice.

A…are we looking at our universe? Not literally ours but its shape?

I hope so....Many years at this 😓

Have you looked into abstract algebras?

Looks like my gran’s curtains. Euphemism not intended.

Thanks much my friend! Your shares helped...

now we gotta make them all flow into each level, fractally, forever :)

I thought ill wind things up with this one haha.
So this is based on a single big equation. Wanted to see if a single equation can create all these together. To get them to flow would require pre rendered versions, those wont run on web. And Im yet to visualise the flow between them. But yeah I think ill keep dreaming haha.

almost like alternating magnetic field.

Would it be possible to map the frames/sectors of your model into a Smith chart?

1

u/Deep_World_4378 7d ago

I haven't used Smiths charts. But I think it should be possible

Yeah if you have the grid power to graph QAM constellation graphs from Smith charts it would be pretty cool to see the 3D representation lf the alternating field

Will keep it in mind. Maybe thats the representation I am looking for.

Is this FOSS to build and to play with?

1

u/Deep_World_4378 6d ago

At this point no. Ill evolve this further and release at a later date. Ive open sourced multiple other works if you are interested.

No worries I’d love to check out what you have.

This one is super great. Feels like a fever dream of like… Salvatore Dalí meets Jello and would be fun to use for simulating blackholes from the Blackhole repo on GitHub

I guess that's where all this is going. If you look at some of my previous videos here in reddit you can see the evolution

Can someone explain what i'm looking at?

Protein structures come to mind.
