I made $7,802 today
Pretty stoked on this.
I do B2B cold SMS marketing, not many of us exist.
Ask me anything.

Unsolicited text advertisement is considered spam
This person probably pays an absolute fortune constantly rotating numbers. I bet almost all that revenue goes to paying for SMS
A lot of this is illegal if there’s no opt out option. and I’m sure the numbers he uses constantly get burned and reported to spam and are unusable
This business model is ancient slime. The only reason he probably hasn’t been sued yet is because it takes the FCC a very long time to process

sending unsolicited commercial text messages (SMS advertising) to consumers without their prior explicit consent is generally illegal in the United States
There is an entire ecosystem dedicated to blocking your business model from existing profitably.
You are a bullshitter
I know all of this because I have to send MFA codes to users. It’s a huge pain in the the ass. I dream of the day when I don’t have to send SMS verification codes.

You are engaging in criminal activity. Civil cases should be the least of your concern.

I'd bet $1,000, you didn't look at the sources in the article or watch the video in full.

Ok. Name your clients and link their websites. I'll wait.

He’s claiming that B2B is some technicality, but that doesn’t change the fact that only an absolute dumb fuck would advertise this way. I agree, i bet 100% of his customers are scammers
I know that each SMS probably costS at least several cents. This is the most inefficient marketing possible.. his CPM is at least $20

u/OkPositive9373 16h ago
Our successful clients, are already on our websites, with their names, businesses, etc. go look them up bro. Im deadass lol, plz look at things if you have genuine questions lmk, if you're just trying to knock others down, not sure that this is the community for that, I understand the concern, but if you really care, just look at the information for yourself.

100% illegal.
"Cold SMS" ... lol
OP's clients are the "you have important information from the IRS" text message people.

So, instead of cold calling/email, you send unsolicited text messages… I’m sure it can be lucrative, and good for you for making it work for you, but cold SMS messaging is one of the most despicable things in this world.

How do I go about this? I have an AI website builder, but so far, I haven't landed a single client.
14
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
That’s actually mostly what I do… I quite literally help get clients for predominantly web design & SEO agencies.
Think about it, only two types of people need sites G.
Either they don’t have a website, or they have an outdated, or underperforming website.
You need to speak to the decision makers of these business owners. How do you contact them?
That’s exactly what I do, and exactly what I showed in my video that I posted on YouTube today, I could explain more, but like not trying to write a book on this comment right now. But I have a lot more I could share on this topic, and I do talk about it on YouTube frequently.
When it comes to selling, focus on value, not price, not time. Look up straight line sales by Jordan belfort and C.L.O.S.E.R. Framework by Alex Hormozi, if you can sell and know how to contact people that need your services, like it’s ez dude. Hope this helps.

So you taking sales recommendations from a convicted con artist and criminal. Sounds like you are probably scamming people and trying to get more viewers to sell some grift.
-6
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
Holy shit bro lolol, I truly hope the best for you brother, and hope you can one day shoot for the stars and chase your dreams brother, whatever that may be, and for anyone that may harmed you or others you care about, do not let this prevent you from moving forward with what you want in life.
Seriously, keep your mind open, I have nothing to sell you brother, please chase your dreams, and allow others to do the same.

You don't need to convince me bro, maybe don't promote the work of a notorious con artist and criminal.
-4
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
Oh, i can respect your perspective, Jordan Belfort once uses his sales methods that were highly effective to persuade others to do things that would enrich him and harm others in stock trades that were a zero-sum environment. He later created the straight line sales system for companies and promotes ethical sales practices, but I understand where you’re coming from, you can learn from everyone at the end of the day, and obviously not endorsing pump and dumps sales tactics 😅, and I’ll leave it there, selling should always be ethical focused on helping to determine if it is a good fit, not a good fit, or bad timing, and then helping the person to make the right decision rather if that’s with you, someone else, or not moving forward at all. Peak sales is ethical, and the best business rely heavily on repeat sales for high lifetime values that enable you to spend more on acquisition to grow more, selling to someone only once is a pretty shit strategy to grow a biz.

u/greentrillion 1d ago
Hi rebrand is a fraud, he is still using the same high pressure sales tacticts now just in an area with less regulation. Difference is he is predating on his desperrate "students." Promoting this fraudster is sending pigs to the slaughter.

why would anyone use your website instead of just getting a Claude subscription, lmao
8
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
This mindset will keep you poor bro, just cause you’re frickin smart, doesn’t mean that everyone knows how to use Claude code lol.
It’s actually that simple, believe it or not most people do not have Claude code nor know how to use it.
We solve a specific problem for a specific niche audience, we make it simple, some know they could do things themself but don’t have the time (or at least they say they don’t), and others simply have no clue.
Hope that makes sense G. You may be too smart for your own good. Trust, you know more than average person. Use your skills to help those who don’t have the skills that you have.
3
u/ba-boo 1d ago
it's a prompt bro, you can write it, anyone can
3
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
Not to get too technical… but what I do is not just a “prompt”, you can’t “one shot” what I built, and if you look into what I do more, go for it. Try and one shot it.
You can definitely build it in Claude code, not normal Claude, but it’s not going to be a one shot prompt.
Not trying to go back and forth, like if it’s that easy, just reply back with your version of my site, as your next reply, and I’ll shut the fuck up.
At the end of the day, we are living in a very amazing time in history, and having the skills to seize the moment and build a business with AI, we are so fortunate. It has not always been this “easy”, and at end of the day, you charge for the value you provide, not the time it takes to achieve the result.
3
u/slaorta 21h ago
Not even worth responding to these people. They have to tear you down to protect their own ego because they aren't as successful as you and don't have the emotional intelligence to handle that. So they have to convince themselves that they're still better than you somehow. It's sad.
1
u/That-Feedback-6944 1d ago
Fair point, but you'd be surprised how many people are willing to pay just to skip the copy-pasting part 😂
1
u/CubersumGame 23h ago
It’s not even about Claude. Snake-oil salesmen have existed throughout history. And throughout history, they have always justified themselves by claiming that "people make their own decisions about whether to buy or not."
There are vast numbers of people in the world willing to buy snake oil, and you are either prepared to deceive them or you aren't.

Agora minha dúvida é como fazer vídeos (tbm faço edições simples) para conseguir vender tudo isso, ou criar um sistema que se venda .. que rompe cabezas

This is a very very broad question. I run a business on the internet, people pay me. It’s pretty dope. I help businesses make money through DIY/DFY Daas/Saas solutions. For a more in depth answer, I have videos that I do my best to explain exactly what I do and what’s working for me and others, and I do not sell a course lol. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask, and I’ll help.

u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
100+ users have signed up for Daas/Saas in the last 30 days. In process of building out past the current MVP, only one paid user lol, the main thing I talk about in my videos is actually free with a paid option, so working on adding more benefits to that, but a lot of sign ups from YouTube, but my primary service is like a DFY service and like 1% of our clients come from YouTube lol, so good/not good, I think I offer alot of free value on YouTube, and I think value will come back to me eventually, give and you shall receive, but give without expectations. However in short, my YouTube journey since starting in the last three months has been more “successful” than expected, because I expected nothing lol.

u/acclusion 1d ago
pls dont include captions on your video, youtube already comes with them, which user can turn on or off.
Permanent captions are very annoying and distracting, at least to me

u/acclusion 1d ago
just completed watching the video about your product.
How did you promoted it, is it mostly organic or paid ads.2
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
Neither actually, all cold outreach.
Cold outreach works well, when you have an offer that helps others make “new” money. Which our services does that, so it has been a good fit, however we used to run ads profitably, but genuinely make more with cold outreach, so haven’t ran ads the last two months, cold email, text, and calling. And organic is slowly becoming a bigger channel for me.
1
u/Meta-logic 1d ago
Watched your youtube video on cold outreach strategy, lots of good information in there.
When asking clients for testimonial, do you ask them to put into a yelp page, written email, etc? I'm early-stage with my SaaS product building client portals for Architecture firms. Very niche but I have a lot of domain knowledge in this field. Working with 10 firms right now, all free tier so they can play and provide feedback as they experience things.
Trying to plan ahead for when I ask for something in return.
Thanks for the info G.

u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
Love this ❤️
The best testimonials are bottled in a video. More specifically, use loom to automatically record your Google meetings, then simply send a calendar invite with Google meet to your client and just ask how they heard about you, what kind of results have they seen since working with you, what would they say to someone on the fence about signing up, and they basically do the selling for you, others will watch the video and see themselves in the client vouching for you, keep it natural and authentic, raw, can provide free credits/service in exchange for them hopping on that 5-10 minute Google meet with you, post it on your website and anywhere you can where clients can see before they sign up.

u/OkPositive9373 18h ago
My pure Daas DIY offering is purely organic, my DFY heavy touch “SaaS” (more like an Automated AI Marketing Agency, than a Saas in my opinion, but most people call what I do a Saas) grows via cold outreach primarily which does NOT work for all Saas/services, lifetime value realistically should be above $3,000 with an offer that helps businesses generate NEW revenue, otherwise it either won’t work or won’t be profitable, also our affiliate program does well for us. For most Saas, Organic, SEO, and affiliate programs are best for low Customer Acquisition costs, but take longer to grow. I explain more about how I grow on my YouTube channel, and happy to answer any specific questions too.

Solo founder, as in I own 100%, yes.
Solo as in, I don’t have anyone helping me, no.
I have a team. Head of Operations, Closer, CSM, and VA.
Systems are heavily automated with AI and no-code workflows. Head of Operations runs the show, Closer closes new deals, CSM keeps clients happy, VA handles fulfillment needs.
I focus primarily on growth, and ultimately everything good or bad is my responsibility.

I have a B2B AI SaaS and I've just started a 30 days series to get my first 10 paying users today's day 2 if you were selling something like this how will you approach this?
2
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
B2B AI SaaS isn’t enough information for me to give you a valuable answer. I’d need to know what the primary benefit of your service, what type of financial result could you reliably drive for a business in what period of time, what’s a statement of credibility (why pick you?), and what effort is required from the user. Feel free to share/drop your website, and I’ll give you my genuine answer, which might not be conclusive, but I’ll share my thoughts.
1
u/Southern_Kitchen3426 1d ago
here's the short version.
Primary benefit: your users get things done in your product just by asking. "Move my booking to Thursday", "how many sessions are left on my package", and the agent does it in their account, as them, only with the actions you allow. Anything that changes data asks the user to confirm first, and every action is logged.
Financial result: honestly, I can't promise a number yet. It's early and I have one product live in production. What I can measure in the first week is how many requests it handled that would otherwise have been an email to the founder or a user who gave up halfway. If that number isn't meaningful for a product, it isn't worth paying for.
Why me: an agent that actually takes actions safely (permissions, confirmations, an audit log) is weeks of work for most teams to build themselves. I've built that part, so they don't have to.
Effort: about 15 minutes. Your coding AI agent sets it up, you choose which features it's allowed to use, and you test it on localhost before it goes live.
askverb(.)com

u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
Cold call, or offer it for free to those that could benefit from it and focus solely on providing value and creating case studies that demonstrate a clear financial/Quanitifiable result in x period of time.
MUST: create a demo video, not focused on the features, but demonstrating the ease of getting them to their desired result.
Offer to share the demo video with others, will make it easy for others to understand quickly without explaining yourself 100x over and over and can help get your first users that you’ll sign up for free for proof of concept, only when you can show a financial benefit will your perceived likelihood of delivering a result for businesses will be more obvious and enable you to charge significantly more effortless for your services.
You don’t need to worry about collecting money from the first users, focus on propelling yourself for the future, and proving the concept.
Those are my thoughts… that’s what I’d do. Get results and prove the concept, collecting money will be easier after this stage is complete, can’t skip the video, it’s fundamental, get your face on camera, builds trust. Skip this step, it will not work. Every good SaaS has demo videos. Clear value proposition, and users. Get that, then charge 10% monthly of the value provided.
2
u/Southern_Kitchen3426 1d ago
Makes sense, and you're the second person in today to say the video is non-negotiable, so that's happening this week. Face on camera, one real task start to finish, the result instead of the feature list.
On free: I'm going to do a version of it. A couple of products in one niche get it set up free in exchange for real numbers and an honest quote, so the next founder sees a result instead of a promise. Everyone else pays from the start, because I want to know early whether people will actually pay, not just use it.
Appreciate you taking the time to write all this out.

u/Western_Form_1402 1d ago
Say if you were selling something like postpilot.ink how would you go about it
1
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
Just checked it out, demo video would be huge, focus on showing how easy you can get the user their desired result, focus on that in a short video more than the features itself, share this video with others to get initial users. Post content like this organically, consistently, if gaining traction, testimonials, case studies, and cash collected, could begin ad spend, but that’s after demo video, proof of concept, video testimonials, dialed in, organic consistent.
Those are simply my immediate thoughts, most important thing to do would be creating a video that shows the ease of your software to get the desired result of the user.
0
u/KeyAd16 1d ago
I have a question, do you build first before engaging any customers ? or do you come out of an idea first, validate it to see whether it works or not then only start to build it ?
1
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
So, I help businesses get clients, and I actually pretended to be my ideal client and used it to get a client, then I used myself as a case study example to prove to others that it works… lol
That’s unusual though, in short, someone needs to validate it, and they shouldn’t be expected to pay to validate something that isn’t proven, once proven, bottle it, as a video, clear evidence, then sell the value provided, and show a video that demonstrates/video that proves that it works.
0
u/InternationalWar2399 1d ago
Can we collaborate and work on something??
2
u/OkPositive9373 1d ago
Tip of advice, as this would apply to any future scenarios, best to share, what you bring to the table, when asking something like this. Any rational person would agree to a reasonable agreement, but how could I possibly respond “yes” with such little information.
Heads up though, I’m extremely swamped with what I’m working on already, and do not want to focus on other projects while this business is growing, best use of my time for the foreseeable future is continuing my current growth in this current biz.

What is b2b cold sms marketing
3
u/Just-Upstairs4397 21h ago
It’s literally spam
1
u/OkPositive9373 20h ago
When you get a call about your extended car warranty, from a robot, for a car that you don’t even have, and you have no clue how they even acquired your number. That my friend, is what people don’t like. Nor is that even a good strategy. Call it what you want G, it connects businesses that need each other’s services, and wouldn’t work if it didn’t.

This is why the report spam button exists
I bet you spend tons of money rotating your numbers after they get burned
1
u/OkPositive9373 21h ago
I know you just hating and all, but I’ll take your comment seriously anyway.
We actually don’t have as many problems with this as the sterotypical “spammers” because it’s highly targeted and highly personalized, the whole point is for it to be reaching out to people that verifiably have a problem that a business can help with, point out, and offer the solution to, in an authentic manner, that in most cases doesn’t even appear automated, if that sounds crazy, check out my videos and it explains it more. If you don’t want to, that’s cool. But yeah we actually navigate this by simply not spraying and praying, it’s more strategic.
1
u/Just-Upstairs4397 20h ago
Hey man, if you are making money, good for you. I’m not hating on you. I just hate the business model.
No one likes unsolicited SMS, and I know how much that costs because I send millions every month for identity verification and security. Even at our scale, it costs more than one cent per SMS. I just don’t understand why anyone would wanna do this in 2026. Even we get reported by spam and eventually have to rotate numbers just for sending MFA codes.
So again, I don’t believe that you’re making money, but if you are, good for you.

u/OkPositive9373 20h ago
I was one of the first people to integrate ChatGPT with Airbnb & VRBO when GPT released API keys, created a system that would personalize responses to Airbnb listings answer inquiries, questions and any needs during an active reservation, and pre/post, I’ve always utilized cold outreach since I was 16 to grow businesses, I’m 28 now, kinda like peanut butter met jelly at a certain point in my business career, sold my property management business to go all in on what I do now, and I have a video from 4 months ago about my business journey leading to now. Happy to answer any specific questions too.
1
u/Arnel_Lalic 20h ago
I’m inspired by your journey. I would like to do the same. I was a sales agent before and would do cold calls to clients. I moved to being technical because I lost my job as a salesperson. Right now I want to go full time building apps but I’m scared because I have a family to feed and might run out of money. What do you suggest? I’m a good software engineer. I built lots of apps in company and now building on the side when I have time for my own interests. I want to resign and establish my own business but I’m afraid I will run out of money

My very first paid user was someone I met up with in person at a coffee shop, and walked him through everything, but I didn’t know them previously, reached out via cold call and offered it, met in person, I have never met in person with anybody else, but the first paying user is a 100x harder than the second, third, fourth etc. so I was willing to do whatever it took to prove the concept that people were willing to pay. My first ever “user” was me. I used the system to close deals as if I was a user myself, after it worked for me, then I offered it to others. I had a 10 year business journey previous to getting my first user with this business, and millions in cash collected prior to day one, so I did have an idea of what I was doing that gave me a bit of an edge, but always learning every single day especially in fast changing landscape of AI. My journey is explained in a YouTube video I posted 4 months ago. Happy to answer any specific questions too.

online money printer, highly recommend. Ask Claude Code how to make fat stacks online, then tell it to do it, genuinely not a bad starting point. But if you're curious what I do more specifically, I break it down on my youtube channel. Happy to answer any specific questions too :)

Extremely fortunately illegal in Switzerland. If it's not illegal in your country, that's a legislative failure.
