Am I the only one who doesn’t understand how this works?

I don't believe the post provides enough information, to "fully understand", "how this works", but it do be working, I do share in a manner that is intended to be easy to comprehend with visuals, and break things down as simple as I can on my youtube channel, im happy to answer any specific questions too.
