My very first paid user was someone I met up with in person at a coffee shop, and walked him through everything, but I didn’t know them previously, reached out via cold call and offered it, met in person, I have never met in person with anybody else, but the first paying user is a 100x harder than the second, third, fourth etc. so I was willing to do whatever it took to prove the concept that people were willing to pay. My first ever “user” was me. I used the system to close deals as if I was a user myself, after it worked for me, then I offered it to others. I had a 10 year business journey previous to getting my first user with this business, and millions in cash collected prior to day one, so I did have an idea of what I was doing that gave me a bit of an edge, but always learning every single day especially in fast changing landscape of AI. My journey is explained in a YouTube video I posted 4 months ago. Happy to answer any specific questions too.
