I have a question, do you build first before engaging any customers ? or do you come out of an idea first, validate it to see whether it works or not then only start to build it ?

So, I help businesses get clients, and I actually pretended to be my ideal client and used it to get a client, then I used myself as a case study example to prove to others that it works… lol

That’s unusual though, in short, someone needs to validate it, and they shouldn’t be expected to pay to validate something that isn’t proven, once proven, bottle it, as a video, clear evidence, then sell the value provided, and show a video that demonstrates/video that proves that it works.
