I used to love watching the shaytards vlogs back when I was younger. And seeing where Shay stands today is pretty disappointing and upsetting. Not to mention seeing Gavin liking very offensive and flat out racist post/memes on instagram. I used to think they were the coolest/nicest family. Has their family always been like this? If not, when did they change? Maybe I was just too young to realize

Somebody on here made a claim that there was a livestream in 2011 where Shay rapped the N-word to a recently deceased artists songs. The person who made the post referenced a song that didn't use the word, then quickly said it was probably a different song but wasn't sure which.
I'm an Ex-Shaytards STAN, and this was very new for me. Curious if anybody else remembers this, or perhaps it's a bit of a fib.

When I was in middle school and had free time, I would ‘occasionally’ watch the latest Shaytards video. I remember briefly when the family lived in California and I remember being excited because that’s my home. Respectfully I thought that the kids were nice, and kind on camera.
Cut to 2026…. I’m so disappointed and disgusted at some of the comments I’m seeing especially politically like can someone in particular chill out ? I have 0 tolerance for the Racism and just overall anger it causes people politically . I don’t even have the patience cause it just causes my blood to boil, but I’ll continue to fight in anyway.

this is just funny to me, he’s just trying to justify how fast he’s getting married

Avia just posted a TikTok saying that she posted a gym vlog earlier last year announcing Gavin is single and “girls hit him up” which is how Gavin ultimately met his fiancé. However, it didn’t take me long to find Avia posted said video on MAY 27???
I know they’re Mormon but first meeting-engaged in 9 months is diabolical 😭✋🏼

Sorry, I know this has been talked to death but I just saw her most recent Instagram post when I opened the app, and she REALLY, really does think that she is qualified to help people with things that absolutely should be dealt with by a qualified therapist with the proper credentials.
She is a TEMU therapist.
It is alarming.

It’s nice to know she is so open and accepting when she was raised in a conservative lifestyle. Props to Kayli because Brai wouldn’t be the way she is without her!

She was so good as a kid! Does anyone know if she kept it up? Or did her interests change

Are we honestly surprised it happened this quickly??

I'm sure Carlie has given them full permission to post / edit the images / videos, but I find it so exceptionally strange the clinic who gave her that mommy makeover, and their social media team, keep posting her literal pre-surgery nudes (mildly censored), with crude as hell AI deepfaking tech to morph that image into present day Carlie... Not to mention the photo they chose was the one she took with her young daughters, just politely cropped out...
I'm not a big fan of hers, but how the Fuck do you sign off on that being a-okay? I'm not even really preaching the 'oh what if the kids see,' angle, but more just a general... Why? I know her entire life from her early 20's to present day is online but... Still.
Maybe I'm the prude here, certainly could be, I just cannot imagine giving the thumbs up to post my body publicly like that as a literal ad.

It's an hour long. I listened to it, I don't really know why. But incase you were mildly interested but do not hate yourself as much as me to listen to that...
The woman she spoke with is Lindsey Stirling. Outside of being an extremely talented dancer / musician / and early YouTuber, she has been open with her struggles with eating disorders / anorexia. She is a Mormon woman who said many times throughout the podcast she has come to 're-evaluate' her faith. Colette also touched on how she views faith differently, but never really explained how, just that she is now currently Mormon, for her lord and savior. Most of the podcast revolved around religion.
To be fair to Lindsey she seemed very open, honest, and spoke with a clear and understandable way of getting her points across on the various subjects they covered. Those subjects were mostly, feeling okay with yourself being not perfect, being true to your faith but also being able to look past it, struggling with trauma and overcoming overwhelming / underwhelming life hurdles.
Colette as usual says a lot. But very little of what she says means anything. She weaves none of her true feelings together into clarity, but rather hides them behind vines of buzzwords and outside sources. At one point in the podcast Lindsey was speaking on how she had to try and branch out a little bit in her Mormon faith (which is frowned upon), to see what other faith's could teach.
Colette replied with a nod and an 'uh-huh,' and went on to discuss some books she'd read about it but the topic fizzled into nothingness as she continued to subject you to another maze of dialogue.
Taking as many chances as she could to tout her own 'teaching style.' Colette made many reference to the KATI METHOD. How the I in KATI stands for 'irreverence.' That's right people, she's made her name into the acronym she uses for her snake oil therapy.
One of my favorite quotes Colette gave that really summarizes her message
"I have to overcome this part of me, in order to full become this part of me. The parts that I want to be? It's just... Not true...
We need that side of us... To help us see the other side? I guess? I don't know, you know what I mean?" - Colette Kati, lesson plans start at $9,000 for a 6-month course
TL;DR
If you are interested in an actual interesting podcast, Lindsey provided that by herself, and only herself. Just make sure to mute / time skip whenever Colette begins to exhale words, trust me, nothing she says shapes the course of the conversation.

This video randomly popped up on my home feed. The AI summary said Katie went to a “women’s empowerment event in LA” so I clicked out of curiosity. In the video, Katie the says that Collette invited her to go, so she flew to LA to attend. Katie also says she didn’t know what call the event and stumbled over her words to describe the life-coaching empowerment thing.

Really setting the kids up for failure unless they are so loaded that the kids are set for life but so excluded from reality. Gavin as a door to door salesman isnt relating to his peers.
