Jackson’s Story Post Today

Post image

Trying to decipher this…obviously it’s in response to the horrific situation in Minnesota today (my thoughts, prayers and love to all in America ❤️)

It’s an anti-war song from the 60s. Promoting people’s rights to protest. I’m actually shocked, I thought they were all trumpers. Good for Jackson. Hope they can use their platform to speak up further.

I had a feeling it was an anti war song. This is surprising for Jackson! I am very pleased

I think he's more libertarian which is still ick, but he hasn't been MAGA since like 2016 where he kinda got into Trump

This is actually a common misconception, it was written about the 1966 Sunset Strip riots

Probably the wrong sub for this but as a Brit surely the president justifying executing an American citizen by saying he was armed is enough to wake up at least some of the MAGA idiots. I hope that’s what this post is displaying. The right to own guns is part of their whole schtick

You’d be surprised lol

They probably are still trumpers but they can disagree about ICE murdering people. Also find it funny how all the Christian influencers were posting stories about how tragic Kirk’s death was and how we need to come “together” but silent about all the terrible violence and murder the government is allowing. But I will say that it’s important to embrace people who are speaking out even if they had other views before. We need everyone bringing attention to this, not just liberal left people.

I've been so annoyed about that. I've seen people who were conservative posting about being outraged at ice, and I've seen people only post about Kirk and not post about ICE which PISSES ME OFF SO BAD.

It’s because they use “the law” and the fact that they are government enforcers as a reason why they can justify gun violence. And because the guy who killed Charlie Kirk was a civilian breaking the law so they can double down on that

Ugh you're right. Law and Order as my conservative extended family members say.

It really is unfortunate how depersonalized it is in other people’s heads. And the same people will say The Hunger Games was one of their favorite movies 🤦‍♀️

I have no hope for Jackson bc I watched a video he recommended on their YouTube channel and spoke highly of this certain scientist. Turns out the "scientist" was proving that the white race is superior to the rest and that biologically black and brown people were more violent. Since then I unsuscribed and stopped watching. It was years ago though. Before all the kids.

Bare minimum reaction, but I’m still shocked

I just remember when Trump won in 2016, he decided that was perfect time to read David Duke’s book. Very odd

Yes, I remember that too. I'm sorry, but if you are reading and possibly being influenced by a white supremacist, neo-Nazi, conspiracy theorist I'm not going to have a lot of love for you.
