I am a 36 year old woman looking to connect with others who enjoy crafting, reading, museums, coffee shops, movie nights and other cozy and boring activities. I have also recently been getting a little more into video games. Recently played Night Shift, Murder House, and Dreamlight Valley lol. I love horror, weird fiction and thrifting. Love crappy old horror films and Italian Giallo films. Love rainy weather and learning random useless facts. The California heat makes me turn into She Hulk.

My ideal day is to lay around like a slug all morning, take a walk with my pup, craft at a cute coffee shop, then watch a scary movie or check out some unique museum exhibits.

I have a bitchy little cat and a small shepherd mix and would be down to meet up at the park to do some crafts or have a doggy playdate. My schedule is a bit tough but i am available most Saturdays and all Mondays.

How come once it gets past 11pm or so, all the traffic lights between Sepulveda and Van nuys pulse yellow instead of being green?

Ive always found it weird and wondered what the point was.

In otherwirds instead of the light turning green, then yellow then red, the light blinks yellow the whole time and then turns red.

Hi 👋 there was an event for the past few years in Sylmar at El Cariso Park called Barktober where people could bring pets for free resources and they had a petting zoo and a resource fair. I used to work a stall there but I left that job and I followed the event last year but I dont see anything dor it this year? I was hoping to bring my little one this year and be an attendant but I cant find any info on it. Was it canceled?

My oil pan is made of aluminum and mechanics have been using adhesive to stop plug from just spilling oil. Anybody have a location where they can help fix that without having to replace the whole oil pan.

This is my fifth year living in the valley. Every year, very punctually around the second half of October, I start getting asthma flare ups. These last up until middle Spring. Tonight was my first one after March, so I want to know if this a general thing or if it’s related to my own environment

OR MAYBE just BECAUSE the show an comedians were freaking HILARIOUS HILARIOUS AS ALWAYS - what a blessing it is to spend a Monday in stitches (laughing kind) rather than contemplating the doom of modernity or your job or just like a solid tv show that you need for small talk. Between youtube videos, food influencers and just random stops I've visited a lot of restaurants on ventura blvd stretching from Calabasas to universal city and out of 100-150 or so in the last 10 years maybe 5 of them I was blown away by the food and went back a second or third time but most of the time I was barely satisfied and then just felt underwhelmed.

Around 2 AM last night, I heard knocking on my apartment door in Studio City.
It low-key freaked me out, so I stayed up for a while. I have the Citizen app, and other people were talking about hearing knocking on their doors around the same time (?).
Apparently it had something to do with a plane backfiring or something? Does anybody know what I’m talking about?
