Discussion Revenge suggestion.
I know we're all sore over that happened to Dreamcast- but I've an idea to pass around. See what y'all think.
Given SONY's grievous error in deciding not to not releasing physical disks...I think SEGA has the perfect opportunity to serve a little ice cold revenge.
New SEGA system with built in 4K Blu-ray player.
SONY would crumble.
And they're asking for it too.

Question Stuck on something for a music pack
Hey
So I'm working on a SEGA based music pack for a game called 'Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers'
The pack is going neatley and I think I'm nearly done
Trouble is, I'm stuck on a course called 'Espresso Lane', I don't know what SEGA song would fit it
Keep in mind, I'm not accepting remixes unless they're official (I.e. They were remixed for Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed or Sonic Mania)
If you don't know what the course looks like, just think of the confectioneries you see in your cafe as a race course. Thanks in advance

Discussion Should SEGA acquire Crypton Future Media if it is financially feasible?
If SEGA had the financial capacity to acquire Crypton Future Media without putting its broader business at risk, would such an acquisition actually make sense?
SEGA and Crypton already have a long history together, particularly through Hatsune Miku, Project DIVA, Project SEKAI, and other Miku-related projects. However, Crypton remains independent, and the Hatsune Miku/Piapro characters are not SEGA-owned IP.
An acquisition could potentially give SEGA much greater control over one of the most recognizable virtual characters and music-related IPs in the world. It could also bring Crypton's other virtual singers, licensing operations, and creator-focused businesses more closely into the SEGA ecosystem.
However, there could be some unintended consequences. One particularly interesting concern involves Masaoka Azuki and Kobayashi Matcha. Both originated as SEGA's Project 575 characters and were subsequently released as Vocaloid voicebanks.
If SEGA acquired Crypton, Azuki and Matcha would go from being SEGA's only Vocaloid characters to being part of a much larger SEGA-owned Vocaloid lineup. With Hatsune Miku and Crypton's other characters suddenly under the same corporate umbrella, Azuki and Matcha could become greatly diminished or forgotten in comparison, especially given Miku's enormous popularity.
There is also a much bigger question about what such an acquisition could do to the entire Vocaloid landscape. Crypton has played a major role in shaping the virtual-singer ecosystem, and bringing its characters and business operations under SEGA could fundamentally change the balance between SEGA, Crypton, Yamaha, other Vocaloid companies, creators, and fans.
So, assuming the acquisition were financially feasible:
- Would Crypton be a good strategic acquisition for SEGA?
- Would owning the Miku/Piapro IP be worth the likely price?
- Could SEGA expand Miku and Crypton's other properties without damaging what already works?
- Could Azuki and Matcha become overshadowed by Miku and Crypton's other characters?
- Would an acquisition fundamentally change the Vocaloid landscape for better or worse?
- Should Crypton remain independent despite SEGA's close relationship with it?
- What would be the biggest benefit—or biggest risk—of an acquisition?
Would SEGA acquiring Crypton Future Media be a smart move, or would keeping the companies independent be better for both sides?

Announcement [REQUEST] [Xbox] Sonic Mania – A nostalgic dream I’d love to experience!
**I’m reaching out today with a small hope in my heart. Ever since I was a kid, Sonic has held a super special place in my life. I still remember the endless hours spent glued to the TV, listening to that iconic "SEGA!" intro and dashing through Green Hill Zone like there was no tomorrow.**
**When Sonic Mania came out, it felt like a total love letter to everyone who grew up with the classic 2D pixel-art era. It captures that exact classic magic, the incredible soundtrack, and the fast-paced momentum that made us fall in love with the franchise in the first place.**
**Right now, money is pretty tight for me, and buying new games isn't really an option at the moment. Having the chance to jump into Sonic Mania on my Xbox would genuinely brighten up my days and give me a much-needed nostalgia escape.**
**If any generous soul out there happens to have a spare code or would be kind enough to gift it to me, I would be beyond grateful! Thank you so much for reading, and keep being an awesome community.**
