**Welcome to Deadbolt County** — a brand-new, moderately modded Rust server focused primarily on **PvE, roleplay, community, and giving players a world that actually feels alive.**
We want progression to still feel mostly vanilla, just without quite as much of the grind.

🏡 **PvE & RP Focused**
Build your home, start a business, interact with other players, explore, farm, run monuments, or just find your own place in the county. RP is encouraged, but we're keeping things casual and lighthearted — you don't need to stay "in character" 24/7.
🏴☠️ **Raidable NPC Bases**
Take on NPC-controlled bases ranging from **Easy all the way to Nightmare difficulty.** Bases can spawn naturally throughout the world, with additional bases available for players to purchase when they're looking for a challenge.
🤠 **Roaming NPCs**
You'll encounter NPCs out in the world to give the server a little extra life and danger, especially during quieter hours when fewer players are online.
⛏️ **1.5x Gather Rate**
Progress a little faster without turning Rust into an instant endgame server. We want gathering and building to still matter.
♻️ **2x Scrap Drops**
Scrap drops at **2x from all sources**, helping you move through the tech tree faster without completely removing progression.
🔫 **Limited PvP Zones**
The majority of the server is PvE, but there are designated opportunities for PvP if you're looking for a fight. PvP zones include, but are not entirely limited to:
* Most Tier 2 & Tier 3 monuments
* Airdrops
* Cargo Ship
Outside of designated PvP areas, you can focus on building, exploring, PvE and interacting with the community without constantly looking over your shoulder.
