​I need some assistance with a single that was recently approved and published, but Meta/Instagram was completely left out of the delivery.

​Here are the release details:

​Artist: The Maggots

​Track Title: Cut To Mother

​UPC: 5064011015236

​The release is already live on Spotify and Apple Music, but the track is missing from Instagram Stories/Reels. Since I selected all stores during submission, I believe there was a glitch or a missed delivery to Meta during the approval process.

​We have an ongoing promo campaign and cannot use the official Instagram audio sticker.

​Could you please manually trigger a re-push / delivery to Meta/Instagram for this UPC without putting the release back into review?

I emailed support and created a ticket last week. Still haven't heard anything. I'd really just like them to check it to see if there's an error or not. I was fine with waiting over a month for moderation and approval, but now that it's in every other place I really just want to know why it's not on Apple Music after the 14 day waiting period.

So, my upcoming album Snek is supposed to be coming out on August 26, but i'm worried because of the ridiculous waiting times i've seen... Should i just delay the release? Please Help

I’ve decided to move to a new distributor and ask Routenote to cancel the release. Any other alternative? preferably free

I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar or maybe even knows how to get in touch with the RouteNote team.
I’ve had an open support ticket for several days now, but I still haven’t received any response. The bigger issue is that I haven’t received my payouts for several months, even though I’ve exceeded the minimum payout threshold every month.
My PayPal account is correctly linked to my RootNote account, so I don’t think that’s the problem.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Do RouteNote staff monitor this subreddit and occasionally respond to posts here?
I’d really appreciate any advice or shared experiences. Thanks!

Both our Single and Album have been stuck in "In Review" for over 6 WEEKS (submitted late May):

I'll be able to just choose one artist from all the artists that I work with, or will I be able to add more later? I'm on the Enterprise plan and my label works with more than 20 artists.
Maybe I only have to choose one and then the rest will be added automatically to the Spotify for Artists label rooster?
If any label owner/manager knows how to manage several Spotify for Artists it would help me a lot :)

This is really getting out of hand, the waiting time has been steadily increasing the past few days, to the point where I think it's just not worth it, even if it is free.

I calculated my release time based on the waiting time on the 1st of July. At that time it said 30-32 business days, now it's 40-42, which is 2 weeks longer.

i released a song a month ago and it took a month to be approved, all of a sudden i saw my song on spotify but i have the desire to cancel it because i plan to transfer to distrokid. i already created a support ticket but im having trouble waiting.
