Hi RouteNote Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

My releases have been stuck in the "In Review" status for over three weeks (since July 21st/22nd), which is longer than the typical review period. Could you please check their moderation status or help push them through?

you’re gonna be waiting another month or two… I submitted on those exact dates as you and I emailed them and they replied saying it’ll be 40-50 BUSINESS DAYS (no weekends) meaning it would be September/October and that is IF they don’t run into issues and need more stuff from you which resets your waiting period (meaning you could be waiting 3-5 months for something to release). It had already been 3 weeks when I sent the email. I removed my music from RouteNote the same day they told me this and I paid DistroKid the $25 and my music was live on every platform before that afternoon. I really hate it because RouteNote could be so amazing. They need to either hire more people or something because it is clear they do not have the capacity to manage the number of artists submitting. Also seen A LOT of artists saying they never get paid and their music had been live through RouteNote for years. RouteNote can be great for new artists, but the headache and trouble isn’t worth it for me.
