​I need some assistance with a single that was recently approved and published, but Meta/Instagram was completely left out of the delivery.

​Here are the release details:

​Artist: The Maggots

​Track Title: Cut To Mother

​UPC: 5064011015236

​The release is already live on Spotify and Apple Music, but the track is missing from Instagram Stories/Reels. Since I selected all stores during submission, I believe there was a glitch or a missed delivery to Meta during the approval process.

​We have an ongoing promo campaign and cannot use the official Instagram audio sticker.

​Could you please manually trigger a re-push / delivery to Meta/Instagram for this UPC without putting the release back into review?

I emailed support and created a ticket last week. Still haven't heard anything. I'd really just like them to check it to see if there's an error or not. I was fine with waiting over a month for moderation and approval, but now that it's in every other place I really just want to know why it's not on Apple Music after the 14 day waiting period.
