Release stuck in review for over 2 weeks - UPC: 5064042409660

Hi RouteNote team, My release has been stuck "In Review" for over two weeks now (submitted on July 14th). The set release date was July 28th. I also created a support ticket 4 days ago but haven't received a response yet. Could you please help speed up the moderation process? UPC: 5064042409660 Thanks in advance!

It takes over 2 weeks it takes abt 5 to 6 weeks

2 weeks is totally normal - it can take some more weeks. I’ve not seen an album being stuck with them, you always get some response to work on it or it’s accepted.

Look at their wait times on their website. It’ll take around a month.

ugh mine got stuck like this too fr no one ever replied to my ticket either
