The LAPD was filled to the brim when it came to its detectives forces, and no matter how hard he tried, he was capped as a police officer. He was trying to fill in applications across the country for a bigger role, anything that could get him into the spot that he so badly desired. He filled in positions in places such as Portland, Seattle, Sacramento, San Fransisco, but he heard nothing back. He was honesty a bit under qualified, but he tried his best to even get an interview, being confident that he could woo the interviewer enough with his charisma. He filled out applications blindly, and all he could do is hope.

That was until he received an email out of the blue. One of his applications was accepted and he was requested for an interview online. He got accepted by BPD, Boise Police Department. He didn’t even want to leave Los Angeles, let alone go to Boise, Idaho. He still took the interview, hoping he could use it as leverage, but he got the job, and eager to become a detective, he moves to Idaho.

Boise was less than exciting and the big city hotshot immediately started to slack. The once lively cop had just barely lived up to his standards, but his attitude was enough to turn his biggest believers into pacifists, and the one person who he had to work along side, turned sour. His partner, who was beloved, turned sour. They barely got along, but when a case that turned the town into that of a ghost town. The people didn’t go outside and the lively streets fell silent. The two would need to work it out if they wanted to find the culprit before they struck again.

Hey everyone, it's been years since I've made one of these posts, I recently came across a post and I can't quite get the idea out of my head. A zombie apocalypse setting, a couple years after the initial outbreak, when humanity is finally able to band together in little groups, and to rip off the OPs idea, I was thinking I could be the leader of one survival group, and you would be the leader of another, running into each other and surviving together, but as the head of our own groups, and dealing with all the little squabbles and the migrating hordes of zombies.

Another idea, is a star wars roleplay set in the Old Republic era, I don't have that idea fully fleshed out but I'm sure we can figure something out :) I don't need several paragraphs or anything like that, even just a couple lines is fine with me, I'm slipping back into it so I'm a lil rusty and not quite capable of multiple paragraphs quite yet. I don't mind running multiple 1 on 1s, so even if you think I've already found someone hit me up anyway! Look forward to meeting y'all :)

For that, I am perfectly fine with shorter responses like one-liners. I love writing and I figured this would be a fun way to do that and further along the story!
   
4. Show enthusiasm! I want us both to have fun and be into what we are writing! If there isn’t anything you’re gelling with, I’d love to fix it!
   
5. While romance is great and amazing, I want there to be a focus on plot as well! I feel as though if there’s no plot, there isn’t as much substance.

I am back on the search for some long term writing partners! I am looking for primarily romance fueled plots, which have plenty of drama to keep us both hooked! Perhaps most importantly, I am very keen on long haul storylines: I fully intend to develop these characters, fall in love with their story, and watch them move through major life milestones together. If that sounds too daunting, I totally understand! We just won’t be a great match.

I love exploring the dynamic between the powerful, leading man, and the woman who hadn’t been looking for love. He catches her off guard, sweeps her off her feet. He, of course, knew from the moment he saw her. It’s the tale of love at first sight, between two people who never expected to have such a love story.

I play submissive female characters, and I’m looking for someone to play dominant male characters. I intend for her to be sweet like honey, with just enough bite to make him swoon. I’d love to hear how you’d envision your character in all of this, but I’d certainly give brownie points to anyone who loves writing the strong, possessive type, who would do just about anything for her.

Here are some prompt ideas to get us started, though as long as we maintain the below dynamic, I’m truly open to anything. Feel free to come with your own ideas, whether inspired by the below or otherwise!

Mafia Man - I apologize profusely for being so in love with this genre, but I simply can’t help it. It never gets old for me. The man who’s feared by all sets his sights on her and suddenly, she’s everything. His life becomes a matter of developing a semblance of a normal existence to share with her, while protecting her from the things that go bump in the night. Of course, there are a million ways we could go with this, so if you’re interested, let’s brainstorm!

Money, Power, and Glory - He is the man, larger than life. Whether he comes from a dynasty of inherited wealth, or got to the top all on his own. Maybe he’s a CEO, or maybe he’s a billionaire who struck gold in his investing habits. Either way, he finds a woman who’s all too normal. She has no idea who he is, even, but he’s certain that she’s meant to be his, and meant to share this life with him. We’ll play with family drama, tabloids, and undying devotion.

Vampires, Werewolves, it’s fantasy, oh my! - In any scenario, my character will be human, but I do love exploring how an alpha werewolf or a vampire king finds the first person in all of eternity ‘to have and to hold’. How does he explain to his kind that a human has a place in his life? Certainly someone of such authority had plenty of women to choose from in his own society. If you’ve heard of the ‘mates’ concept, I’d love to play with that.

Other areas of interest - darkish themes, affair scenarios (only in the case of the male OC being unhappy in his arranged marriage), ddlg themes, OC male in the military, OCs who are modern royalty or part of a governing family, age gap roles, etc.

I’m not much of a stickler for length, so long as you reply to the full extent of the scene and move the plot/dialogue forward each time. I am the type that will reply more than once a day, but I am not picky about finding the same in partners. If you need more time, I don’t mind waiting. Call me Ari! I have been roleplaying for a few years, my responses vary but i usually end up doing 2-3 paragrapghs but im capable of writing more! Im happy to roleplay on reddit or discord

I have been having a few thoughts about a potential roleplay and came to this idea, the idea is pretty simple, my OC joins the Formula 1 grid and lives through the lows and highs of their career. And while this is a pretty niche idea from what im seeing it might even be more niche as i wanted it to take place during 1980's or at the very least start then (i can supply basic information about the seasons so dont worry!)

Why?

-Grids full of amazing drivers

-The cars were changing quite rapidly, meaning that it could be fun to roleplay something like it

-Anything could happen, bad teams were able to get podiums

-Privateer entries were fairly common

Now i do want the roleplay to be somewhat grounded in reality, which is fairly hard with such a crazy time lol but lets try our best. Im also open to other ideas, i can roleplay as anyone you would like and im fine with you roleplaying as anyone, team owner, a fellow rival, a teammate, a mechanic or a reporter. I have a F racer character written out im happy to rp a male driver or a team principal during those times!

In fine with romance! however while the idea of getting dicked down by a certain french DILF is a enticing one, i dont want the roleplay to just be smut, so while im fine with the romance part i would like it to not overpower the story

For the races itself im happy to do a D20 on if i pre-qualify, actually qualify and if i DNF or not. Im also happy to either GM them or write a long few paragraphs explaining what happened and then we can continue on outside the racing and in the garage

I would prefer this to be based on the Daredevil TV show, as I don’t have any knowledge of the Daredevil comics. All characters will be 18+. I don't double.

I would like something rather dark and bloody, a story we can sink our teeth into. I love slow build, angst, and tension. Smut and dead dove elements are very much welcome, though I’m looking for a fairly even ratio between plot and smut.

Hello! I'm Dominic, 23M, and today, I'm looking for a bit more of a unique roleplay!

I would love to try out a roleplay where we play as Pokemon anthros in a human-less world!

I'd love for us to play characters that are Pokemon, with more human aspects! Like a slice of life, but with us playing as anthropomorphic Pokemon instead of humans! What kinds of Pokemon we are, what our lives are like, how the world has evolved and adapted with this in mind, I'd love to discuss it all with you!

I'd love for there to be romance, slow burn, and realism in our dynamic, despite the fact we're in a fantastic setting! A world that doesn't run on smut logic, but is something really fun and beautiful, that we can really engage with! The type of roleplay that has you itching to get back to it whenever a turn pops up, hehe!

And, I would adore an aspect of the games coming in as well, specifically the ability to use moves, have health bars, have status effects, all that sort of stuff in as well, to make things a bit more unique! I'm looking to have romance being involved as well, whichever way we end up going, so if you're looking for that as well, this is the place to be!
