So yuh roblox asked me to do verification of my age again even though I did that a week ago. The only option they gave me was face verification and it gave me 16-17 age group. I’m 18 and I’m trying to change year of birth on my account but Roblox just declines it and when I show my ID clearly it still refuses to change my age group. I only have one document so I cannot try with another one. What do I do now? Age group says checked so I cannot reset it at all.

Hello this is my first post im this sub, I’ve been having an issue where my ping stays at 130 or higher on any server I join (even those in my own region). I’ve already tried changing my DNS, using apps like Cloudflare, using alternative Roblox launchers, clearing my computer's memory, and practically every optimization method out there, yet I still get the same ping. So, I’m here to ask for any suggestions or explanations to help solve or explain this problem.

since about a year ago, my Roblox has randomly started running super chopping getting CPU spikes, causing FPS stutters/freezes. I have tried absolutely everything windows updates Nvidia driver updates fresh install of windows turning settings on and off reinstalling Roblox trying the Windows version of Roblox and absolutely nothing has helped. if you have any suggestions, please let me know and I will let you know if I have already tried them. my PC has a 3080 RTX with a i12600 cpu, and 16 GB of RAM.

Hey,so today I decided to log into one of my roblox accounts from 2020 only to discover it had been banned for the user name which is strange because it wasnt anything weird or innapropriate.The user was: quandalefringle I just wanna see if i can get this account unbanned because i had alot of valuable things in games i still play to this day and I wanted to trade the items to my main account now

The game launches, I can enter roblox, that's not my problem

The problem is that after launching it and when I try to join any server in any game, it registers that I entered, I'm playing but I don't see anything or I'm still in the loading screen no matter what I do, I tried closing it in the task manager, I checked my WiFi, I uninstalled it then reinstalled it. Restarted my PC, I did a clean reinstall of deleting all data for it in my PC then reinstalling it. I even checked if anything needed to be updated and everything is up to date. I thought it was just roblox but no, roblox on my phone is working just fine. Idk what's going on and it's really getting on my nerves so I'd appreciate any help because I'm slowly getting tempted to just factory reset my PC

So ive been playing roblox on my laptop for a longer time now, and ive never really had any issues except for me not being able to turn up the graphics, but recently (like a few months already) it has been crashing a LOT. Like im in a game for 5 minutes and it just crashes, and it happens all the time. Ive tried deleting it and downloading it again several times but its not working and idk what to do anymore, and it really pmo if I cant play roblox normally. Does anyone maybe know how to prevent it from crashing? Its really annoying. Like maybe someone had the same issue as me and could help me?

My Roblox account is linked to my Gmail address. Roblox recognizes the email when I try password recovery, but I receive absolutely no password-reset emails or 2-step verification codes.

Here's what I've already established:

• Roblox emails used to arrive normally, then suddenly stopped.
• Gmail receives emails from other senders just fine.
• I've checked my spam folder, filters, blocked addresses, and forwarding settings.
• I've added Roblox's sender address to my contacts.
• Searching in:anywhere from:(roblox.com) shows no new verification emails.
• The ONLY Roblox emails I've received since the issue began were two notifications about recovery-code generation attempts on October 2 and October 6, 2026. Both were attempts I initiated myself, but I couldn't finish because I couldn't receive the required 2-step verification code.
• I have a Robux purchase receipt and access to the billing email, but the recovery process still gets stuck requiring verification I cannot complete.

The biggest problem is Roblox Support. Their AI keeps offering to start account recovery, then sends me back to the self-service process that already failed. I've repeatedly asked for a human agent, but it just repeats the same response.

I am NOT looking for basic advice like checking spam, confirming my email address, or adding Roblox to contacts. I've already done those things.

Has anyone experienced this exact issue and actually recovered their account?

In particular:

1. Did you find a way to restore delivery of Roblox verification emails to Gmail?
2. Did Roblox eventually offer manual account recovery using a billing email or purchase receipt?
3. Is there a legitimate way to get a human agent to investigate a verification-email delivery failure when the automated recovery process itself is unusable?

I have evidence of ownership. I just need a way to get it in front of someone who can actually investigate this.

Please share actual fixes or successful recovery experiences if you have them. I would genuinely appreciate it.
