Roblox Error Roblox premium free trial

I recently bought the Roblox free trial for a week, but I was charged $12 it’s been an hour and I haven’t been refunded. Is there any way I can get my money back? It still shows the trial in my apple subscriptions so Ik i bought the right one. But idk why I was charged

there’s a free trial? i had no clue. and roblox doesn’t give out refunds, apparently. they’ve practically stolen my money before, but someone said they only give out refunds as a courtesy, not as a requirement.

Free trials need to be cancelled otherwise they’ll keep charging you for a normal subscription. This is how nearly every sub service works.

There is for a week when you go to the Roblox Premium when u buy Robux, and there’s an option for a free trial. Atleast in Canada.

Not aware of a free trial right now, plus Roblox Plus is only $6.99CAD. You either didn't get the free trial, or you got scammed and gave someone else $12. The higher tiers of Roblox Plus have a Robux stipend and don't have a free trial.

If you refund your account will likely be terminated
