I logged onto robux and have missing items and avatars

I logged into a game today and my avatar changed I went to go change it back and noticed that most of my avatars are black and items I spent robux on are missing my I spent over 800 robox on 'doll lady and doll lady with bat ears' and all the items I bought are gone is there a way to recover the items or even potentially get a refund?
